DO NOT GO HERE! They are the biggest rip offs ever!!! not only myself but a handful of people I know have had issues here. You walk in and the customer service seems good and the place is clean but, it’s all down hill after that! Just had a synthetic oil change done, didn’t ask the price I just assumed it would be about $ 50 like most places. BUT IT WAS $ 92??? for a freakin oil change!!! Not to mention we paid $ 900 for my husbands AC to be fixed and it broke a year and a half later! They charge too much and it’s ridiculous. I will NEVER be back there again!!!

Found this place on tire rack as a recommended installer. I called and made an appointment to have my winter wheels put on. Tires were already mounted and balanced so all they needed to do was swap the rims. Showed up 8am. Place was nice and clean. Hit at front desk was very nice. So far so good. They do the swap right away. Awesome. Then I go to get the bill. $ 60! I have been having wheel swaps done for years at a bunch of different places and I have never seen a price this high. Shame on me for not checking the price beforehand but this was ridiculous. At every shop I’ve been to, it’s never more than $ 20. Seems like a decent place but definitely get a quote before you have them do any work.

We recently moved into the area and I wanted to try High Tech Automotive as my «preferred» tire installer since they carry the Hunter Roadforce 9700 tire balancer that does the best job at balancing tires. The front service person was very pleasant and the overall facility looked pretty good. Unfortunately, my 18″ wheels were scratched along the outside rim due to the tire installation machine. The scratch is not on the «face» of the wheel, but you can definitely see it as the paint is scraped off on the lip of the wheel and runs along the diameter. Also, the wheel on the inside now has «divots» from where the tire machine grabs at the wheel during tire installation. These aren’t «inexpensive» wheels. I attribute these mistakes to the actual installer. The balancing of the tires were perfect otherwise. Since I typically enter my cars into concours, this is unacceptable to me. But if you typically don’t care about these, then this shop will be fine for you.

I have been going to them for about a year and a half. They are good guys, and it’s easy to make an appointment. I feel I’ve been fairly treated, and will keep coming back!
They done brakes, AC, O2 sensors and exhaust to name a few …

I have been a customer at High Tech Auto for several years and feel that they have a good way of relating to and helping customers. Their new building (right in front of their old one, closer to 123) has more bays which helps them to get more customers in and out as quickly as they can, as well as having a much more spacious and comfortable waiting area for customers with a play area for kids, TV, and good magazine variety (including In Style… garages never have women’s mags!!).
I have gone in for reasons as typical as my annual car inspection or oil changes and am usually able to call and make a same day appointment toward the end of their business hours. They noticed problems with two of my tires on a recent routine care visit and Adrian, who used to man the front desk, was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for new tires based on my needs and finding a new appointment time that would work within my crazy schedule for their installation. A few times I have just stopped in for a quick check up when my low tire pressure light had come on, and they could always squeeze me in, even if it meant that they stayed a bit past their closing hours. On those occasions, I also saw them do that for other customers in need of a quick expert eye or appraisal. I believe that they really care about the safety and schedule constraints of their customers, and I have certainly found the employees at High Tech Auto to be knowledgeable, personable, and helpful.
