A first class, top notch location, nestled along I-​75 just south of Toledo, OH. They are a metals warehouse that receives and ships to various regional customers in the upper Midwest US.
I deliver to them on a regular basis and the employees are professional in each step of the process.
I usually have the first available delivery appointment of the day. Oftentimes, their outbound truck is held over to complete the loading process, thereby pushing back my delivery. Still, once they start to unload the materials, it is an efficient operation. Even if there is a truckload behind me waiting to get unloaded, I am never pressured to ‘hurry up’.
