Van’s Store

I love this store. I am outside the usual demographic that shops here, but they do have some items for me. Just got a sweatshirt for Christmas from there and I love it. The sales assistants have always been very friendly to me and I never get the feeling they wonder «what is the guy with the crutch» doing here? I have returned some items with no problems, and I have found everyone I spoke to there has a great personality, talks with me and we end up laughing and having a great time, even if I am just looking. Some other stores at the mall seem to hire staff with less personal interactive abilities (H&M), so I really appreciate when I get a store with consistently friendly staff. I always recommend these guys.

Such a friendly staff. They are working so hard during the holidays. The manager at this location is on point with her service.

Says they open at 9:00 a.m. Been waiting outside & it’s alread 9:05 & kailynne chose to not let me, a paying customer come in becuz she wanted to finish her meeting, then she finally let me in after arguing with her how idiotic it was to continue her staff meeting when the store should have already been open. I felt bad for the employees to deal with such poorly trained management

The people who work here are extremely nice and are very informative. They know where exactly everything is at!

Just left this place with my family and I must say the boy or girl cashier that rang us up has the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed, and I work in a customer service based industry myself. (nail tech/​makeup artist) I say boy or girl because I’m not sure of the gender not trying to be rude in anyway I just honestly couldn’t figure it out! I give 2 stars because everyone else in the store was truley helpful. We get to the register to pay and want to do two separate transactions he or she says I can do it all in one if one pays cash and one card. I said no thanks I want it separate, literally starts rolling her/​his eyes huffing and puffing as if I asked to do something out of the job description! Needless to say if I come back and see that person I will not be shopping their but I will be sure to mention it to the manager. Not sure the name but has short hair skinny white ear plugs.

Very friendly staff who were ready to help my wife and I out with anything we needed. They were close to closing, yet the employee (sorry, forgot her name) was as peppy and friendly as you’d expect for someone who is just starting their shift.
In all, one of the best Vans Store experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.

Came to the store on a Sunday afternoon. It’s was pretty busy. However the customer service was AWESOME! We were helped right away and got to try on about six different pairs. The supervisor or manager helping us was extremely sweet! She is seriously a perfect example of great customer service! Thank you! Definitely best vans store I’ve ever been to!

Went in last week to pick up a pair of shoes for my son. The store was packed! Took the sales person FOREVER to bring the shoes. The checkout line was long with only two cashiers. They needed to open a third checkout. I was in there waaaaaay too long to just be picking up a pair of shoes without trying anything on. I usually go to the Santa Clarita Swap Meet for Vans. There is a vender there that carries a lot of styles and always has an abundance of sizes at a fraction of the cost. I was in a hurry this time and couldnt make that drive. Hopefully, I wont have to go back here.

Whoever the guy with the tattoos who works here is extremely rude. Left a bad taste from the vans brand for me! Very mean and just overall snappy and unfriendly. Completely unprofessional and will not come back if I have to see him!

Terrible management, sales rep sold two left shoes to me and I had to come back to the mall a week later. Store manager was very condescending when I tried to explain the situation. Will not return to this van store

Good store for clothes and shoes. They frequently don’t have my shoe size, but it’s ok because they have so many different styles. The sales are good on the shirts and shorts when they have them. Overall this is my go to place for shoes or new shirts

I was one of the many parents that went last minute back to school shopping for my kid. Luckily, I didn’t make the mistake of going to the mall over the weekend. It was still full (on a Monday), but not as bad. We went to find Hello Kitty slip-​on Vans in light blue that we’ve been looking for. They didn’t have her size at another store, so I figured going directly to the brand’s store would be best. Service was great given that the store was busy in the shoe section.
We found the shoes my daughter wanted and found an employee to help us get her size The girl had brought out 3 different Hello Kitty shoes all in the two sizes that I had requested (just in case). Very thoughtful of her. The other HK shoes were really cute, but had laces and my lazy daughter wanted slip-​ons. She doesn’t want to be bothered with laces. Ha! Oh the problems these kids have nowadays.
Anyway, the service was really good. They unfortunately weren’t having a back to school sale or anything, but they had a good selection of HK shoes for kids. Will definitely come back here the next time my daughter wants HK Vans.

Was in and out with my sons shoes in no time at all. Very good customer service. Service right when we walked in until we walked out.
