Ok, so I bought a condo in Granada Hills, and they told me I’d have to replace he old one-​piece garage door with a ‘sectional’ door one day. Well, that day came when my tenant couldn’t get into the garage. I called around, and most garage door companies seemed ok if the door was ‘standard’ size, but mine wasn’t. I was lucky to find Town and Country Garage Door Systems. The owner-​Meni was a pleasure to deal with… always available (email, cell and sms) and always very responsive and customer focused. For example, when he came out to do the measurements for he bid, he made adjustments to the old door, so it could operate better until the new door was ordered. He interpreted the HOA guidelines, and matched the paint specs. I drove out the day of installation and met his two guys, and they were very professional. Today was painting day, and he even touched up the existing wood surfaces to give it a finished look. In an industry that doesn’t have the best reputation, Meni and his team are the one you want to call. Thanks guys! My tenant is happy and so am I.

I called late at night expecting to get an answering service, but to my surprise the owner answered the phone. He was able to understand the problem, a broken torsion spring, over the phone, asked a few questions and gave me an out the door price.
The repairman showed up at 9:30 as promised and was all done in less than 30 minutes. The repair was fast and met my expectations.
Should I have any other garage door needs, I will give them a call.
