I have known Todd for over 20 years but never like to mix business with friendship. Big mistake! Huge! (I know you love that Pretty Woman throwback right there.)
I had to consult with Todd regarding some issues with my home value. Todd was right on it… in fact, he was the only friend that is a Realtor (and I have a lot) that even offered to help look at comps in the area and what my home might be actually worth. Not only did he give me all the comparable comps in the area, but he was spot on regarding the value of my home and what I can expect in the future.
