I came here looking for new service after I received an 1900 bill from at&t due to data overages. Love the fact they pay off your old devices and contract cancellation fees. Patrick helped us out and was very nice, gave us great advice and even followed up to make sure we were happy and if we needed any changes. I wouldn’t go to this store if you have a service issue. The manager Amy doesn’t know how to treat their customer. She wouldn’t even come out to talk to. I went to exchange my phone because they gave me a defective phone, but they were still trying to charge a restocking fee. Keep in mind it’s only been 5 days since I got the phone and it’s already giving me problems. I wasn’t trying to get a different phone. Andy was cool he was just doing what the manager tells him to do. Overall Amy shouldn’t be there. As a manager you should go above and beyond to make your new and current customers happy.

Bought a New Galaxy for over $ 500.00 since I did not want to get a contract. 10 days later the camera was giving me problems. at times the camera would shut down when I wold take pictures or it wold not show anything on the screen. Called Kevin and he advised me to call 611. I waited around to see if it would happen again. about a week passed and I had the same issue. I finally called 611 and they said that I could have taken the phone in and exchanged it if I had done it within 15 days… I told them that I had called and I was not given that option, the I was told that they do not keep logs of the calls in to the store… They advised me to go into the store and talk to a manager. I did and he said nothing could be done that I had to go through the insurance company. I finally did after spending so much time on the phone and I was given a Refurbished phone… When I payed full price for a new phone… and I’ve had it less than a month… I should have gone trough the underground market(swap-meet)

I roll by here every time I have questions about my contact and they are always extremely helpful. Even when they can’t make a change themselves, they will sit on the phone with you as you speak with t-mobile corporate and give you hints on how to get the result you are looking for. I owe them doughnuts for helping me get my contract down $ 10 a month with some nice coaching while I was on the phone with t-mobile customer support. Yes, a little frustrating that they can’t make the changes themselves, but boy do they make up for it.

Would NOT recommend T-Mobile to Anyone! Horrible Customer Experience! Awful Cellular Service! Just switched to T-Mobile to try their No-Contract and the pay early term programs. NOT what it appears to be. 1) The store treats you great the day you sign up. Afterwards if you need any help for anything, they treat you like a stranger and could care less. 2) Be sure to check Cell coverage at your home during the return period! The coverage map they showed me at the store said Yes, however when I got hone it didn’t get cell coverage. –I had to go on a business trip, and when i got back I was 1 day past the return period. They did not want to help me on the customer service line and said the manager of the store could over ride the return date. –The manager of the store said«Tough Luck», even though I called the customer support line and they confirmed that there was a Known Issue logged in my home area 6months prior… –No one would help me(Customer Service or The Store Manager) even though they had confirmed no service I my home area. 3) Also caution: –Even though there is No Contract Plan, T-Mobile makes you pay the Full Price of the Phone! –Check rate plans, T-Mobile Rate Plans are equal or Higher than other carriers. –Check cell service coverage! Cell Service drops and or is week in spots throughout Los Angeles… 4) T-Mobile and there Stores DONOT care about customers or there cell service.

We went to this location to purchase two I phones and get a new business account. Sounds simple right? Nope! 5 hours later the rep helping us(Joseph) added some strangers telephone payment and telephone bill to our bill. Another 30 mins later he said it was all fixed. I thought that was bad enough. Well when I got my bill we still had this strangers phone and bill on my account. I called the company line to get it fixed. Come to find out the rep at the store entered the wrong tax ID number too. So because of that I couldn’t even fix the problem. Now I have to gather all my company papers and licenses and go to the store to get this all straightened out! Do not go to this location for anything!

I went in for a diagnostics test on my Note 2 and surprisingly it was a breeze! I arrived here after going to the T-Mobile store down the street(Nordhoff&Reseda), which by the way I do not recommend because they are not under corporate so the service there is very lacking. This store however had the diagnostics test and since my phone was still not working she issued my warranty and all I paid was $ 5 for a new phone. Thanks Cindy and T-Mobile!

Honestly I think ALL companies rip you off one way or the other. No actual company gives a damn about the customer. I will say this though, I appreciate the young lady that helped that night for being honest with me and giving ACTUAL numbers just like I asked of her. She didn’t try to lure me to getting the service, she simply answered my questions honestly and truthfully which I appreciated greatly as a past customer and maybe, who knows, a future customer.
