Overall good location and well maintained and kept clean. However ¾ employees are extremely unhappy. One employee gives attitude at all customers from what I observed and this was multiple times I’ve been here. Gives an impression that she really doesn’t work here which is not very inviting.

Pretty Decent Subway I went in for a quick Sandwich to take on the go and the guy who made my sandwich was generally friendly and quick. The sandwich came out tasting like any other subway so no complaints. I can’t really say there was anything special about this location. They find themselves located next to a pizza joint and a California Bowl. Have you never been to a Subway. Step 1. Look at the Menu and if you can’t decide what kind of sandwich you want stand outside of the Line Step 2. Get back into Line and they will ask you what kind of sandwich. Step 3. They will ask you what kind of Bread you want. Step 4. They will ask you if you want a footlong or a 6 inch. If you say 6 inch they will either cut a footlong in half or just grab one thats already been cut. Step 5. They dump the meat, Cheese and other ingredients that make up your sandwich. Step 6. They will ask you if you want it toasted.(trying to compete with Quiznos) Step 7. If you do get it toasted they bring it out of the oven and begin to pour on the veggies. If you don’t get it toasted. Skip step 6. Anyway pick your veggies. I like a lot of onions and asking for Jalapenos in a side container. Step 8. Do you want it for here or to go. That just means dump it on a tray or put it in a bag. Step 9. You want a drink with that. Step 10. You pay Step 11. You eat and decide if you made the right decision.

After shopping at target my boyfriend and I needed something quick and easy. We went in and gob exactly what we wanted only to go pay and the network was down. We had no cash and waited as the employee tried to reboot the system. We did this three times. Standing there for almost 15 minutes. Not his fault the system crashed but to just say sorry there is nothing I can do and ask me to leave my card number there is insane! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and giving us the sandwiches — we left empty handed and they are just going to throw them away. Sadly we go here about once a week and will never be returning. So much for loyalty and appreciating your customers.

You’re on the road and you’re confused. Why do I feel so alone? What is my calling?! You don’t know! Some nights you feel like you don’t know anything… But there’s one thing you’re absolutely sure of at this moment: you’re hungry enough to scream. Maybe you don’t have the time, maybe you don’t know where the heck you are, whatever the case may be — the notion of actually going to Subway AGAIN is becoming more of a reality than you’re comfortable with. And let’s be honest, let’s admit that; no one ever goes to Subway for the«first» time, it’s always about going back. Eventually after scrolling through Unilocal and almost aimlessly driving around in a circle you come to the desperate conclusion that it’s you and Subway, it’s time to backslide. Yes, I just described myself going to this particular Subway. I tried to shake the feeling that I was doing something wrong as soon as I entered, but there was an immediate burning reminder that I was indeed about to consume food caught in a privilege conferred on an individual of public nature fixed order of populist culture. A full blown franchise. That reminder came in the form of the introductory employee asking me with an overwhelming hatred of continual repetitious human interaction… «Hi, what can I get you.» I paused for a moment because I never know what bread to get. I held my breath as I felt the provisions getting stale with every second of indecision. I must have blacked out. And when I opened my eyes, and my mind, I saw the sad remains a of a chicken sandwich smothered in enough chipotle sauce to drown Africa. I knew I had been fed… But what had I lost in the process. Dignity? A little. Weight? Nope, probably the opposite. Finally my stomach said what I could not… «I’m going to make you pay for this.» Subway… Eat fresh.

This place was fine. I’m Not sure why there are some bad reviews. I got friendly service and the good was exactly what I expected. It’s a Subway. It’s fast and cheap. What else do you want from these guys? I give the service 4 stars and the food 3 stars.

Customer service: 4 stars Everyone is pleasant and courteous. Food: 3 stars The $ 6.25 combo for 6-inch sub, soup and drink is excellent value. Can get additional meat/chicken in your sandwich for $ 1.50. Ambience: 2 stars They can put more effort into keeping things organized.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. They don’t charge correctly and give you a hard time when you want to customize your sandwich. You know these people are about making money and not providing great service. Drive a bit further and try another location.

This Subway is really horrible which is unfortunate for me because it’s the closest one to me. The employees are always rude and act like I’m bothering them. Um I’m sorry isn’t it your job to make sandwiches? A freaking smile or even a hello won’t kill you. And they act so careless just throwing veggies on your sandwich and letting them land in the other veggies so they all end up mixed. They are really stingy with toppings and even condiments. Really anything more than a tiny bit of mayo isn’t going to bankrupt your store. I’ll probably drive to a farther Subway in the future. These people suck.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Reasons follow: 1. The cashier always, ALWAYS overcharges, or undercharges me. One time they charged me for 3 combos, when I only ordered 2, so I had to drive back. 2.It’s very hot in there. The AC is not on, or broken. They rely on the fans. 3.The employees are rude, or non-responsive. I understand they get paid close to minimum wage. It’s probably mismanagement’s fault. There is no excuse for this amount of excessive poor service. 4.The foods is NOT fresh. For example, the lettuce looks like it’s wilting. I recommend visiting Quiznos on Devonshire/Balboa. I went there after I walked out of this Subway(final straw was the AC problem).

It’s a Subway. What more do you want? They will prepare your sandwich how you want, wrap it up for you, and give it to you. Every Subway will give you the same amount of pre-measured meat and cheese, and as many vegetables you want. Ingredients are just the same as any other Subway, and if you’ve never been to a Subway before, don’t walk in with your expectations too high. Service is whatever. Its not like the employees need to have triple digit IQ’s to put a sandwich together to your expectations. **TIP!: for those of you that don’t know, any HEATED menu item will have tax added. for example, a 5 dollar foot long, not toasted, will be 5 bucks even.

I like Subways… but this Subway is so cheap! They skimp on everything, and they all look like they hate working there. I would recommend going to the Subway on Devonshire and Zelzah.

I frequent this subway with my boyfriend all the time. The people working usually are upset or don’t answer any of my questions and don’t talk to me, like I have leprosy or something. THey’re pretty sloppy and unhappy a lot of the time :( Plus, our last visit, within the same time, we both got some gnarly stomach aches and felt really icky :(I’d stay stay away, just because this isn’t the first time this has happened! There’s a subway on ever corner, so find a better one. Sorry :(

Worst subway I have ever encountered. I ordered a tuna sandwich and there was almost no tuna on the sandwich. I asked the girl to put some tuna on the BARE areas of the roll and with a sour face she applied one eighth of teaspoon, rolled up the sandwiched and scowled as she handed me the sandwich. I travel a lot and eat subways almost and this was the worst service and sandwich I have eaten. It was basically a roll with a smudge of tuna.

It’s right down the street from my house, like ten mins walking distance. workers there look grumpy as hell. But service is there is fine. A couple new bloods here and there. But i usually see the regulars. Their quick, there fine. Nothing really stands out.
