This bar is horrible. The draft beer broke when I was there and they didn’t even apologize for it. The bartenders kept seeing my drink empty and never asked me if I wanted more. They don’t even have a soda gun, they have to go to the back and grab a coke bottle to serve. Is this a bar or a house party in someone’s garage. They don’t even know how to make a jack a Coke. Don’t come here.

The first time I walked in, holly hold was beating the crap out of RacheL Ray. Got my drink quick! Second time I came, the whole place looked different but everyone was great and I could hear them actually! This place gets absolutely packed on fight days and lots of mid aged customers.

I used to go to this bar every single Saturday because DJSEVENSIX turned up the place and I loved it! Unfortunately the bar recently hired a new DJ for the place and«the music is horrible» they switched Saturday night DJ’s and the new DJ sucks!!! But I found out where DJ76 plays. DJ76 plays at the Dirty Bull Tavern(Topanga & Ventura) every Friday. They have amazing dance music, the greatest Mr DJ76 and an extended selection of beer plus the atmosphere is excitingly different. I find it more entertaining and the bar is very nice. Giving DBT a 5 star for its great service of music to The Valley. But DONOT waste your time at Stovepiper. Save yourself from bad bar tending, sucky music and from the lame DJ?!

Last night my friends wanted to get us to go out for drinks. Luckily, this place was close to our place. My friend purchased the«All You Can Wrist Band» which is convenient because if you’re looking for a crazy /shit faced night it will do it. Besides the best thing at this bar being the wristband, I would have to say this place is definitely a two. The place is hella crowded and the girls here are complete bitches. You can’t walk around or pass a girl without her acting all LA ghetto. The bartenders are terribly busy and they cannot get it together. Everyone is trying to order and it just gets terribly messy. I would have to recommend to not visit this place unless it is your pregame destination.

Came here one night it’s a small dive bar sometimes it gets really crowded. They have a check in offer but don’t honor it. They said they were out of it. Good music depending on the day. Haven’t been there ever since not my type of bar. They have all you can drink Friday hopefully I make it one day to see if it’s any good.

I feel like I should break this into two parts: the service and the vibe. THESERVICE: Danny, Christina, Danielle, Ramses, and Bethany are GREAT bartenders. They’re attentive, fun, and knowledgable. In my experience, the people that work here are either the best part or saving grace of this bar, depending on your perception: THEVIBE: Stovepiper is under new management this year. The new GM seems to be interested in turning it from a «blue-collar valley dive» into a «middle-end dance club.» However, this west-valley establishment returns to its divey roots on most weekday nights. Sadly, the stove has become a bar that doesn’t know what it is in the same way that Dublins tried to straddle the fence. Hopefully, it fairs better for CSUN’s previously nearest bar.

They really try to push those well drinks to customers. First i tried ordering a jäger bomb and the bartender said those are too messy they can’t do bombs. Then I was like ok I’ll settle for a Cadillac margarita and he said those take too long to make pick something else. So I stood there at he bar feeling all flabbergasted wondering what am I gonna do. How am I gonna enjoy my night then i thought about DJ Khaled and how he says to celebrate success right so I tried to order Apple Ciroc and he said they didn’t have it. So I said fine just give me regular Ciroc and cranberry. I don’t know if I was charged for Ciroc but what was brought to me was not Ciroc. That mixed drink would have served better purpose cleansing and disinfecting the little paper cut I got from work earlier that day because that drink was pretty much rubbing alcohol. Bottom line: sneak your own premium liquor in the bar. It’s the only way to do it.

Most unprofessional security. Bartenders have no idea what they are doing. Crappy music so loud you can’t hear yourself think and they way over serve then let people drive. Everyone here is stupid drunk and it feels like there will be a fight at any minute. The place is dark, sketchy and dirty. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place

Parking can be tight and difficult. A drunk, addict customer at the bar controls the TV’s so you probably won’t see your game. Last place Rockies — Marlins game takes favor over the NBA finals. Good jukebox but usually backlogged with Mariachi polka music and getting worse. Decent prices, usually friendly but sometimes indifferent employees. Thug/gang and disturbing customers and addicts from the nearby low income housing hold court here. We won’t go here for any sports. Probably won’t go back for anything else anymore either. The feud with Brent’s Deli is still raging and no one really knows why, but you can call an order in. Good selection of beers well stocked booze. Clean restrooms.

Went last saturday for a friend’s birthday, i dont think i wouldve gone if she hadnt picked the spot. The front looked inviting. Once i walked in, i quickly noticed the floors were super sticky. My friends shoe almost got stuck to the ground. I ordered whiskey and coke and very drink was either too strong or too weak. There wasnt any consistency in the drinks. The interior of the place needs some TLC. Paint is peeling, some boards are missing. The atmosphere is «different». Seemed as though a fight was going to break out both in the woman restroom and by the bar. Seems as though many«just turned 21 yr olds» come to this place, because a lot dont know how to act or control themselves. The place was very crowded it was hard to move.

I love coming here. It can get crowded on the weekends but you can now reserve a booth! Not quite sure how I feel about that lol

The overcrowd is the only reason I am withholding one star and even so it is not in anyway the managements fault as they are all really nice but it just gets tricky maneuvering the place comfortably and with the eloquent grace of a lady. That aside, I will say I really enjoyed this place when I went last saturday, the drinks are reasonably priced and the scotch like beer they have that I haven’t seen anywhere else was pretty awesome. The dance floor gets fuller as the night proceeds and it’s one of the few places I’ve seen a DJ that is actually fun to listen to, the word fun being of paramount importance here, he actually remixes great songs and mashes up cool tunes that we all know and love. I would like to go back to this place on a Friday and see what it’s like.

Great local dive bar! Here on a Sunday and Danni was great — quick, attentive and friendly. Giselle was great, also. To me the cliché of dive bar so what’s not to love? Yes, the floor is rather sticky and only one ladies room but on a late Sunday morning that wasn’t a problem for me. Several regulars which can be good or bad — need to be careful who decide to chat up. Parking is what can be a problem since Brent’s really brings in the crowd. Close to home so we’ll be back.

This is a decent bar with some great drinks to satisfy the late night needs. The angry orchard or the stone IPA are great bets. The music that was playing ranged from 90s to the 2000s so it varies just as much as the crowd. This is a good bar to have a great time with a few friends. You can dance, drink and have fun times. The bartenders were great, as despite the large crowd, they make sure your needs are met. Parking is in the mini mall lot and is a non issue.

Opens very early and with a place to eat right next door, this bar is a frequent place for me and my coworkers. The inside is decent. With pool tables, a basketball game and some music boxes. The ladies working behind the counter have always been friendly as well as most of the patrons that frequent this establishment. Plus the bathrooms have always been fairly clean.
