I found Dr. Shultz through my insurance company’s database. This is my first time here and I am very happy that I chose him among others on the my list to choose from. He is wonderful and amazing. He is very thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain and answer questions. The staff is even superb! They are very friendly, funny, and very helpful in so many ways. I have never experience any medical staff quite like this. I highly recommend him!

Although the Dr. was nice, his staff are rude. I only had a photo of my insurance card (front and back) and the woman snottily told me she can’t accept it. I finally had to talk to the manager for the receptionist to think out side the box and just write down my information. And both times I was there, although I showed up early, I was made to wait at least 30 – 45 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen. NOT a well run front office. I get FAR better service from the optometrist at Costco that here…

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Shultz for about 18 years. He first operated on my eye when I was about 5 years old to correct an astigmatism, and again when I was 15 years old. You can only tell my eye crosses with my glasses off, when I’m tired. But besides the ascetics, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have been able to use the eye too.
His team and himself are really nice and helpful. They work out of the Northridge Hospital facilities. Their office is huge. They also have a large selection of glasses from name brands too, like Burberry and Raybans.
I do plan on getting Laser Eye Surgery soon. I can’t wait. I think it’s around $ 3,600 or something.

Very Unprofessional, they put drops in my eyes and i asked if i could drive after because i had to work, he said YES… Well they didn’t give me any dark classes and the light’s were killing me. Went back a few days later and the receptionist-​lady in the glasses department didn’t help me because she was talking on the phone, three personal calls… Now almost a month later i call on my classes and the lady said we called and NO one answered the phone, well did you leave a message or call back and she said NO…

I found Dr. Shultz through my insurance company’s database and I am so happy I that I did. He is just terrific. Very thorough, patient and takes the time to explain things. The staff in the office is also stellar. I’ve never experience a medical staff that was friendlier and as helpful. I highly recommend him.
