My Little Bunnies Daycare

Great Daycare for my two year old. She is learning a whole lot and I look forward to talking to her in the afternoons to find out what she learned that day. It’s a very safe and clean environment for the children!

My daughter attended for 3 months and came home with 5 injuries, 4 of which were unexplained. I was never informed of the injuries; I always discovered them when I stripped my 19 month old daughter down for bath time. Every time I asked about what happened they answer I received was that it was probably from the kids playing. Probably? Every single time? Probably is a guess. Either someone is watching the kids and knows for sure or they re not. I made it a point to drill this fact home on a Tuesday (of her last week) and asked specifically why they continuously fail to report her injuries to me and was told by the owner that she only mention things to parents if it s major. I replied whether you feel it s major or minor, I want to know. My child should not return home different from the way she arrives without any explanation or notification to the parent. The owner agreed and apologized, only to send her home that Friday with injuries to her upper and lower back once again unreported to me. I filed a police report that night. During that same week I began to do pop ups to check on my daughter and spotted on of the other toddlers standing in her high chair attempting to climb out. Why would she not be strapped in??? The owner left the children in the backyard to answer my ringing at the doorbell, leaving small children unstrapped in high chairs on a cement platform. Please, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Stay far far away. On top of all that, they told me I was complaining. I said you call voicing my concerns about my child s well-​being complaining? The response I received was yeah but if you have concerns all the time… Very apathetic, unprofessional, rude… I can go on and on. The owner s husband said he understood that it was my first child and that I was inexperienced with my child!!! He said this with no acknowledgement or sense that as a human being, let alone a child care professional that this was a completely inappropriate, unprofessional and down right out of line thing to say. Oh and aside from this, they are LOUSY with diaper changes. I cannot tell you how many time I picked my daughter up from school only to discover she was wearing a fully loaded diaper. Please, keep away from this place.

Silvia, her family and staff are wonderful. She has cared for my son through his pre-​school and KG years (and beyond) and has been very flexible with our childcare needs. Her place is clean, organized and fun for the kids. Wonderful place, wonderful family. Thanks for everything Silvia, Dario and the girls!
