Bad service! I was told to park on a side and wait for my order… they forgot about my order !! 20 minutes after I asked for my money back.

always takes forever to get food. they always mess up orders and well last night takes the cake. i order $ 27 worth of things they have me wait on the side because it would take long (always takes long there) and finally come to bring me my food but while we get home we discover they left out a artisan burger. i call and let the manager know and he says i can pick it up when i want. so i wait for my family to finish eating their food and i go to get my burger and i say i want fries with that… because well they’re the ones who fucked up my night by not including my boyfriends burger… and i live quite a while away and i had to drive all the way back but NO this dickhead manager didn’t offer me any complimentary food. which is what other places usually do when they f*ck up or forget to give you something you ordered. so basically i drove all the way back to get the burger i already paid for and i didn’t even get a coupon or voucher or a complimentary free meal for the trouble they caused. the employees here are seriously CLUELESS and have no customer service skills.

Very nice remodel but the fries did not taste fresh and we’re not hot as if they just been sitting.

The lady who took outlet order was very helpful and friendly… Our food was hot and apparently made to order. The only problem was how fast they had it ready at the 2^nd window… Obviously fast food should be fast but let’s not forget accurate as well… Our 2 large bags had NO NAPKINS for $ 30 worth of food and what looked like ketchup was actually strawberry jam… «Was done purposely» my boyfriend insisted… Will never spend another Penny here! Honestly I have been here 4 times and every time i have received Excellent customer service. I used to work in fast food industry many years ago and know good from bad. I have been there in the morning breakfast hours at the Drive through. My food is always prepped well, the service is great with a smile and very proper attitude.
Highly recommend their morning shift employees and service. Not sure about the other times.

Buttermilk chicken sandwich, fries n drink, large hazelnut ice coffee, free chicken nuggets happy meal w coupon total $ 10.12. Plus they make my order with my request, no mayo on sandwich, both drinks w no ice. It’s fast food, food is as expected. Service has always been pretty good for me so far, friendly. but I usually go thru drive thru. a little longer than expected today. Overall 3.5 for me.

Bull shit short me fries I uploaded pics for people to see not only that they took a real long time I’m patient I didn’t mind the wait but then I get home n find that the large fries I got where half full BULLL SSSHHHITT

Will you guys please take more pride in your job??? The last three times I have gone there I have complained about something, because it wasn’t good and then something else is wrong. Your chicken patties are dry, or a get double fried frys or really old dry frys and the sandwiches are always poorly wrapped. Look I know you guys are fast food, but for god sakes at least be a good and quality fast food. Managers do something about this, otherwise I’ll go somewhere else.

If this page displays the open hours, please examine it. It says the restaurant is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. At least that is how my microscopic brain registered what it says.
I drove up there at nearly 5 AM this morning. As I approached their entry on Parthenia St, I observed a big «Welcome» sign that says «OPEN 24 hours, Dine-​In and Drive-​Thru» I snapped a photo and can share it here, if given the ability to upload the shot. I got out of my car, walked up to the door, saw about 5 employees inside, one sweeping the floor. He saw me and motioned me not to come in, mouthing «We’re CLOSED». Well DUH, the hourse shown on the door indicated they close at 12 Midnight. So Much for 24 hours. This is fraudulent advertising and shitty PR. To encourage someone who’s just been on the road for 2 hours to get home, with the notion of being able to go in, sit down, and have a coffee and maybe a Danish, and then deny them entry, at the door, is NOT the message you want to send to your patrons.
When the establishment prominently advertises certain hours, I expect them to deliver what their advertising promised. Otherwise, I have no use for them at all.

Don’t expect your order to be right. I had the same experience as a previous reviewer of ordering a breakfast meal with coffee. They ask what I want to drink with that. I ask for coffee because the meal comes with coffee. They up-​charge you for your coffee and make it a medium without verifying if you want their bigger size!
I also asked for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich. They instead put no meat and left the cheese. What a bunch of ignoramuses!

Unsanitary and register cheating. When you order a breakfast meal that comes with coffee, they ask do you want coffee with that. Well of course, it comes with coffee. So they charge you extra for the larger coffee. Then the hash brown was put in the bag loose without its wrapper. Avoid.

To be iced or not! Wow, was initially all I could say! Then I had to give them 2 stars simply for the comedy factor at the window. We ordered one large diet coke with ice and one large coke without ice. Thank goodness we checked because they reversed the order. When I told him he said ok and took the drinks back. Then opened the window and repeated the order coke without diet with? I said yes! He then came back and asked for my receipt, which did have it right but I gave to him anyway. He eventually brought the drinks back again, this time wrong as well. He once again gave the diet without ice and the reg coke with ice. We laughed gave up and left. He never did give me the receipt back. As long as you don’t have ice issues they may be ok here.

First and foremost not a fan of Mc Donalds. Yea they have a good cup of coffee and their breakfast can and sometimes is OK, if you like your eggs or sausage stored in a holding unit at room temperature.2.5 stars.
They did a fantastic job in re-​molding this location to a contemporary style with very bright and soft colors.
However your service is still slow and the basic’s of customer service. Absolutely no greeting and most of all no Thank You. You spend millions on remolding and yet what do you spend on training? Set your employees up for success and not failure. Yea its just Mc Donalds, but a lot of these young employees could and will develop good related skills to help them in the future. Must get back to basic’s.Customer service. Training in this industry never ends.

Every time I come here to get breakfast. I always order a sausage mcgriddle! The #9 which clearly has egg and cheese! EVERYTIME they only give me a sausage sandwich!!! God damn it can you NOT!!! Please pay attention to the orders that are being taken and how to prepare them! THANKS a lot!

This location has the longest wait time for the drive through! Doesn’t matter what day or time in the day.

Ive been to a couple of other McDonalds around the valley now and I have to say that when it comes to special orders, this one gets it done. This place is the only Mcdonald’s in my area that can consistently get at least my order right:
Hot n Spicy Buffalo Ranch McChicken w/​Honey Mustard, add Tomato and substitute Leaf Lettuce.
Its like 20cents cheaper than it being a regular Spicy McChicken w/​tomato but I’m poor as hell and will take all that i can. But i swear every other McDonalds in my area always either forgets the tomato or makes it regular McChicken instead. Its so frustrating when orders get messed up. and the time I do see other customers complaining to management, the staff at least fixes it no problem.
You cant justify giving any McDonalds a high score. The food is what you pay for. But the new building and interior is definitely one of the best things this place has over the rest. Just wish prices would stop increasing!

This review is based on my 7÷12÷14 drive thru visit. This location is about a 3 minute drive from my house so we tend to gravitate here since it’s reopened. They were great, at first. Now EACH and EVERY time I go at night (and this is probably 4 to 6 times a week… don’t judge, it’s convenient) they overcharge me for something that is an ONGOING SPECIAL… like the buy one get one Big Mac. This particular visit was a Saturday night and I ordered the happy meal for a dollar (with purchase of value meal)… of course I was charged full price for my happy meal and had to bring this to their attention. I received a refund for the happy meal. The fries were cold too and this is never okay at McDonald’s.
Manager tried to correct the issue and that was appreciated…
