I’ve been coming to this location for years. I don’t recommend going inside because it takes forever and it smells like dirty mop water. The drive thru is usually quick especially when Anthony is taking the orders. He is easy to understand and is accurate. At the window he has always been friendly and efficient. I go before work several mornings a week and get through the line without a problem.

Unfortunately all the reviews are accurate. Why it would take over 15 minutes for some guy to get 2 soft serve cones is beyond me. They don’t seem to be working together to help the customer. It’s like we are in their way. Management needs to read these reviews and see what’s going on

The restaurant is clean and convenient-​but it seems to have the worst staff, with apparently no customer service skills, as noted by other reviewers
For months there was a gal working the drive thru-​absolutely no comprehension of English language. Never could get a order correct. Repeatedly had to go over every order several times (I’m a single guy ordering off the menu with no special accommodations). Lucky for us she was pregnant so she’s out for awhile
Today I got another couple ok knuckleheads. My egg white delight wasn’t delightful-​egg was hanging out, the cheese wasn’t melted & ice cold, and my coffee was handed to me with the cream & sweetener in a Baggie-​not inside as I requested. I questioned the window attendant who was a bit smug. He made some demeaning comment as I was raising my window.
The owners also own another location further up Balboa in Granada Hills. They should send some of their staff down there and train the staff.

A nicely kept neighborhood McDs. A little bit slow on the service especially now they implemented table service.
Still a great place to grab a bite to eat. McDs fries are the best! Oh and free wi-fi…yes!

Always! They always get my order wrong. I commute from south LA to Northridge so this is my go to MickeyDs before school. Sometimes I ask for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich and when I arrive at the parking lot to eat there’s freaking cheese on the sandwich. Today I ordered #2 when I arrived to the school parking lot there was no hash brown! Although, food is great and service is too just seems like the prep people or order takers aren’t doing a great job. Therefore, I give three stars.

Honestly this place sucks. VERY bad service. I was waiting in line for a good 5 minutes, but not for the reason you would think. The reason is that the staff was sitting in the back TALKING and EATING while there were customers lining up.

Drive through takes FOR FREAKIN EVER and for some reason a bunch of things (drinks, pies, etc) are priced significantly higher here than other McDonald’s nearby.
Tonight I just drove through to get a couple of sodas, different kinds, and both were just brown carbonated water as if they hadn’t changed the soda syrup bibs/​bags. So I paid more and waited longer than I would’ve at surrounding McDonalds for drinks that went straight in the trash. So I won’t be going back here! Ever.

30 mins wait for food. No one in line, no one at the drive thru. Associate brought out my food didn’t know what was on the order. No drinks. Management is terrible, I give it 6 months this place is closed.

This place for sure has the worst drive thru. It is ridiculous packed. It also takes really long as well. The parking spots are all designed for compact cars. I drive a wrangler and it’s a tight squeeze. I would take the time to get out of the car to order food instead of the drive thru. It’s faster

Terrible! This is the third time I’ve gone through their drive through and they’ve messed up my order. My fries taste like they’re stale and they NEVER fill them up to the top I paid for them so I should get my money’s worth. Definitely disappointed with their service. These employees need to get their act together A.S.A.P! Will not be returning, I will be taking my business elsewhere

Worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. They always screw up my order. They never put sauces in the bag. Today my kids happy meals didn’t have any French fries. I called and complained and they just told me to come back for them. Who wants to do that once you are home.

I was craving a Big Mac. It had been about 15 years since I had one. Found this location on my way home. Drive thru wasn’t too bad at 8:30 at night. Got home and took a bite. Came away with a long piece of black hair!!! I’m blonde! GROSS! Called the location and the manager, I think it was Lupe, could not understand her accent. She said, that’s too bad. Ummm, how about someone with some clout contact me to apologize? Meanwhile, I’m calling the health department.

Whenever I buy a Burger of any kind it always turns out Warm, never hot, its always warm, sometimes they do mess up the order a lot, with drinks and invalid food items, please step up your game Mickey Dee’s. I’ve seen better service at the In N Out across the street.

I find it hilarious reading some of the other reviews on here. People, it’s McDonald’s! You get what you pay for. Don’t expect an elaborate burger for $ 2.00. I come to this McDonald’s for their delicious coffee when I need a pick me up. The price and quality are usually better than Starbucks for black coffee. This location also has some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered at McDonald’s. I am and will continue to be a regular for breakfast and coffee. The occasional stop for fries is always good too :)

This place always messes up my order. I go to this location because it is convenient on my way to work. Just today, I ordered a kids meal in which they forgot to put the chicken inside. When I went back I ended up ordering a different meal and substituting pickles for mayo. They got the order correct on the receipt but of course it was incorrect on the sandwich. Find a different McDonalds.

So bad… so bad, do I miss the old McDonald’s when it was real food and you could trust what your kids were eating (this is the 80’s to early 90’s).
You know children eat your food… so why put all of the poisons and extra yoga mat in the chicken?!
Very very very disappointed. Boycott is on.

The last thing I wanna see or hear is employees arguing first thing in the morning. Come on people, be happy at work or find a new job… Life is too short and you spend at least 8 hours in that place. Honestly, you probably wouldn’t be looking at reviews for McDonalds just because it’s pretty much a standard for all of the fast food chains that they have. However, this particular one stands out to me the most just because of the pretty bad service I have gotten there.
I kid you not, I have gone through the drive through each and every single time and each of those times they forgot at least something from my order. Now, mind you that my orders are not one of the ones where I’m ordering 20 plus items. I honestly would just order a meal for two people and had to always go back in the store because they forgot something on my order.
I probably won’t be going back to this particular place at all. Just wanted to make sure that the others are informed of this place.

If you want to be ignored, felt like you are forced to get the cashiers attention, and THEN given a look like YOUR STUPID FOR REPEATING YOUR ORDER then come to this McDonalds. I enjoyed coming here cause the drive thru service was quick and efficient, so i thought it’d be the same inside, oh boy was i wrong!!!
The cashier, Lily, was taking my order, but was still preoccupied with her previous customers order, then rudely asks me again for my drink order, while looking at me like i am stupid or something, i decided to leave and go to the taco bell next door, even though I WAS looking forward to a McDonalds breakfast.
If inside service is always like this, i never want to come back to this McDonalds ever again!!!
