I highly recommend Dr. Tai. My son has just completed six years of orthodontic work, all under the care of Northridge Family Orthodontics. He was only eight years old when it all started and the staff handled him like he was part of their own family. He literally has grown up with this wonderful group of professionals! Dr. Tai is so easy going and approachable, I never felt unsure of his recommendations. He is very busy with two practices, but I never felt he did not have the time for us.
Due to the amount of work my son needed, you can be assured I did my research. I had second and third opinions at each juncture and each time I came back assured Dr. Tai was on the right path. And note, he was not only priced competitively, by on the lower end of the scale making my son’s much needed work affordable. In addition, my son would break brackets and where other orthodontic offices would charge for repairs, Dr. Tai takes circumstances into consideration and, in our case, we were not charged for many breaks.
My son is now beginning high school, done with all the hard work with a smile he is so very proud of. I could not be happier, nor recommend Dr. Tai and his staff more.
