Came here yesterday and I can see how the people there can come off as mean or rude. The woman who did my hair was the same woman who did it last time. She made me feel beautiful when she was finished. My hair needed to be layered and trimmed and she kept my hair at the length I wanted.

I really enjoy coming here. I’m been coming here for many years I drive 40 min to get here that’s how great there haircuts and highlights are they do a great job and awesome customer service the price is right if you need a color And cut !

Horrible. Attitudes were poor and cuts mediocre at best. Salon tried to shimmy in additional charges by manipulating 14 year old into getting hair washed (which she DID NOT need) by making some sort of «dirty hair» comment to her (out of my earshot) and then trying to add it to the bill. They then told us that she could get a reduced price eyebrow wax since she was getting a haircut. After we took them up on the «offer», the eyebrow waxer took it upon herself to hand pluck a couple of extra brow hairs and then tried to slip in a full charge on the bill. I almost laughed out loud when I read the profile at the bottom of this page promoting the business. Go elsewhere.

I have been going here for 10 years. The people here are nice and do a great job.
I am a Supercuts defector and very happy I made the change, in fact the first time I visited the shop it was to have my hair fixed after it was butchered by Supercuts.
No appointment is necessary. It’s a clean shop and you will like your cut.
The staff is highly efficient and the prices are reasonable.

The only upside to this place is that it is somewhat cheap. However you get what you pay for. I went in to get highlights. The product that she used my hair was horrible! The smell made me choke and my eyes water. To make maters worse she did not listen to me the first time and basically gave me bleach blond highlights even though the entire time I was there I kept saying NO BLOND. So she had to put the smelly toner in again and was very rude about having to do it again even though it was her fault. My hair is fried and I am so unhappy with my hair. I had to go somewhere else and pay even more to get it fixed. What a waste of time and money. Please stay away from this salon if you care about your hair at all.

I got what was basically a really poorly done haircut here. It was as if they really stopped caring since the 1980s. If this is the future of haircuts, I long for the past.
No real greeting at the door.
The hairstylist didn’t properly wet down my hair for the cut, so the lengths were off.
She only asked me about what the lenth I wanted it. Nothing about the style.
9 minutes later the cut was done and I was shooed out the door.
You can do better at Supercuts, Great Hair and other chain stores with less money spent.
