I am extremely pleased with this company. I called an Extra Space location nearer Los Angeles, and they were unable to provide me with a unit that met my desired criteria at my desired price range. Instead of turning me away with a simple apology, they referred me to
via telephone.
found me the closest, most economical find, and Extra Space in Northridge was it! I had a convenient experience setting up my reservation with Courtney. Upon move-in and registration, Courtney made me feel at home with her friendly and speedy service. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Assistant manager was the one that helped me when i visited. She’s very nice & helpful. The place is also nice & clean. I just dont like that the keypad is located on the other side. So if u are alone u have to get out of the car to punch in ur code, same way upon going out…
And the first time i was there to put some stuff on my unit, i got caught up with time. I didn’t notice the time bcoz i was arranging the stuff inside so it will fit. They close at 10pm & i was at the gate at 10:03 but my access got denied then i had a hard time calling the number posted then they had me wait for 45minutes to get out of the premises. So i just sat in my car while waiting. I know its my fault to not know the time but i mean they should have a grace period so if anything like this happens again.
