Best escrow to do business with. I love using escrow technologies. They have been in business for 30 years and the same owner Roger Hance who is very professional and honest. I recommend them highly.

I used Escrow Technologies when I purchased my home in 2011 and haven’t had the time to provide a review but here it is. Escrow Technologies team of escrow officers and assistants are very professional. I never received any attitude or negativity while asking my 100+ annoying questions and concerns. They were always available and happy to help. They are a great escrow company because they offered to handle ordering the NHD report, Home Warranty and even City Reports as long as they were provided with a check and company information. Most escrow offices do not offer that service or level or assistance. Keep up the great work Escrow Technologies!

I had a great experience with Escrow Tech when I helped my client sell their home in Northridge, CA on Gerald. They were the buyers agents choice and were wonderful. I’d never heard of these guys prior to our experience with them, and I really hope I don’t have to deal with them again. FIrst off, our escrow was delayed two weeks delaye from the original closing date. During this time, Escrow Technologies sought to paint the picture that our Lender was extremely difficult to deal with because the loan came with certain pre-requisites. However, word got out eventually that Escrow Technologies were more than incompetent on their end. We found out our lender had never experienced the kind of mishaps that occurred. We were over thirty days into the process, and we were getting word that Escrow Technologies were misspelling our names on applications. Thus, the applications were being returned and delayed. They were also putting the wrong loan numbers on the documents occasionally, causing further delays. To make matters worse, I work at a law firm, so notaries are freely available to me. Yet we were forced to pay ridiculous charges for notary services because they make it so you have to use the service they hire to deliver the documents to you for signature. It’s a great service, but at $ 195 I expect the guy’s certification to be up to date. Apparently, this guy had let his notary lapse, and it took time for the renewal. This led to further delays of our documents being sent via fed ex to our Lender because his notary seal wasn’t official until his documents were updated. In speaking with our escrow officer Joan after having heard all this, I simply posed the question as to whether she’d expect to pay full price for these kind of services. She used the fact that she had other deadlines to truly avoid finishing that conversation, though she said she’d try to figure something out. Naturally, she did nothing that we are aware of, though their estimate was high and we received a check back for over $ 700. That was the only reason I give them two stars. High estimates are much better than low ones. However, I feel like I would never recommend this company to a friend as this kind of ineptitude and stress we dealt with while they attempted to push off blame was simply unwarranted and unprofessional.
