Dollar K

I’ve never had a problem here. The line for checkout can be long and disorganized, but that’s to be expected at a discount store.
I always shop here first for paper products, office and shipping supplies, cleaning products and personal grooming items (bar soap, shaving cream, etc). Conveniently located near Target and Kohl’s.

I have no clue why there are negative comment about this store i come here every Saturday and everyone is friendly, The owner himself sometimes comes in and greet everyone, and sometimes he even suggest me other product over other product. I though seen a rude employee but that time was because parent left there kid running around making a mess of the store. Employee try to keep the store clean for there customer. If you have kid that can’t behave don’t enter this store. just because it a low end store doesn’t mean you can bring your obnoxious children into the store to make a mess. i would recommend this place for anyone that care about budget.

Totally unprofessional, rude customer service, they only give good customer service to whoever try feel like it, they have a totally retarded return policy and only exchange items or give cash back to whoever they feel like it. The managers are so unprofessional u can tell by the bad customer service they give u, instead of making the customer feel like coming back they will argue with customers and even walk away when the customer is trying to explain to them, totally rude. Two of the workers hardly even speak English and are so rude, basically everyone that works in the store are totally unprofessional and rude, wouldn’t recommend going there at all what’s so ever… Do yourself a favor and stay away from DOLLAR K…

I made a small purchase at this store using my new debit card. I handed my card to the clerk and my credit card information was captured and duplicated. I found out weeks later after they had cleaned out my account.

The people that work there are rude! Got confronted by an employee while shopping in the store if I would be purchasing the items in my hand. Umm hello Why else would I be there if not to purchase items? I ain’t no thief & it was rude for your male employee to assume & then dare to ask. Never will I shop there ever again! There is plenty of dollar stores out there that would love more business & Treat their customers with the up most respect like they deserve to be treated. Save your dollars & go elsewhere unless you want to be profiled like a thief while you spend your hard earned money.
