This place rocks, the staff is awesome and they have all the products I need for my shop. Every time I go to shop I am greeted with smiles and great energy, I get helped when needed, and any question is answered. Thank you to Cosmo prof and their wonderful staff.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. I went to buy color for myself the other day and was not greeted kindly, and was given serious attitude by the employee working. She was not helpful and very rude. After I couldn’t find the color I needed (they have very low stock) I managed to figure out a formulation and proceeded to check out only to be told that I couldn’t buy the color I needed because I’m only a cosmetology student. Which it states on the door that it’s for: Barbers, Stylists, and Students. I will never return to this location because of the very poor customer service. I do not recommend.

This place is amazing ! The staff is very helpful every time I come to ask for product advice. I’m a cosmetologist and this place is awesome. I will always be shopping here to buy my products.

The store is ok, but some sales people, including the manager there are very unfriendly and not attending. They behave as they dont really care. They are always worried that you will buy too much staff. Is not it good for their business? It does not make sense to me. Will not come back here and instead will go to another location.

I love the new renovations, what a beautiful store, it seems much bigger, and now I like to just take my time and browse because it doesn’t feel so crammed and messy. The staff is friendly most of the time, the manager here always has a smile and she is very friendly and helpful.

What’s not to love? This place rocks. Sucks that it’s only for salon professionals but, it does make you feel special shopping here. With it being so exclusive and all. You will never view a beauty supply store the same once you step in this place. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Don’t be afraid to ask them questions. I was little intimidated at first, thinking that since I was in the store I should know. So far their advice has never let me down. They recently re configured the store and it’s even more awesome. I won’t comment on the prices as I don’t want to release insider info, lol. Let’s just say there are perks for being in the industry (or knowing someone who is).

I’m going to go ahead and give Cosmoprof one star because they decided to change their return policy and not tell their customers about the changes. With so many different products on the market these days it’s impossible to know if a product works for you or you like it until you try it. Being able to return something that didn’t work out for whatever reason is the only way I can afford to try new products. I purchased a new shampoo for blonde hair that cuts brassy tones that I had read good things about on Instagram. Maybe I should have bought the small one but I bought the big one. Well as you can guess where this review is going I didn’t like it nearly as much as the one I have been using for ages. It was worth a try but it didn’t work as well as my fave. I went back today and was given a hard time. The sales girl asked me if I used it. I said yes I used it once. How else would I know I don’t like it? She proceeded to tell me that they can’t accept used products. I explained that I have shopped there for years and always returned used products I didn’t like. She explained that the managers all had a meeting and decided this was going to be the new policy. I mentioned the new policy isn’t printed on the receipt. And I wasn’t told anything at the time of purchase. If they have a new policy wouldn’t it make sense to TELL customers ahead of time?! I’m pretty sure that would affect my buying decisions knowing its a final sale… She called over another employee and they carefully inspected the shampoo opening it and peering inside to ensure it was full… they didn’t acknowledge my valid point about the fairness of notifying me prior of a new policy and basically had a too bad for you there’s nothing we can do attitude about it. I was pretty mad but just decided to let it go. What good is arguing? They ended up giving me credit back on my cc less 20% which wasn’t fair but better than nothing… bad customer service! Saloncentric professional salon store will have most of my business from now on!

So I’m pretty sure you have to be a licensed stylist, or a student. Call them to double check. However since I’m married to one, I get to review this place!
So they have like everything you can ever imagine for your hair needs. From Baby Bliss, to Hot Tools. Scruples to AG hair. They got it all. I don’t remember them selling weave hair though. See my photos, that is just a small amount of the huge selection they have.
Their pricing is great though; and their sales are even better. Sometimes they have 2 for one sales. For example, you can get 2 trolleys for $ 89. I’ll post an ad I took from them the other day.
The inside is clean though it could use a remodel. It seems like it’s been around for a while. Parking is big and easy.
Employees are really nice, helpful, and remember you. Plan on being nice if you come back a lot. Not that I’m mean or anything.

Cosmo Pro is my favorite go to professional supply store. Very well stocked, great staff and knowledgeable and always helpful. I gave them 4 stars only because they don’t carry my favorite color Redken, that would make them perfect in my eye.

Knowledgeable and nice staff! Everytime i go in there they remember me and ask me how im doing. I love that! I think it’s the best cosmoprof in the valley!
