Buffalo Wild Wings

I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s perfect for a cheat day! There wings are so much bigger, juicier, and more flavorful than any others! My favorite sauces are the Medium, Garlic Parmesan, and Honey BBQ. Tonight we also shared a cheesy appetizer with a somewhat spicy but yummy grilled cheese, cheese sticks, and cheese curds. It was pretty good for fried appetizers if your into that. I give 5 Stars for the the Wings!

Phoned in the order at 7:39 and came to puck it up at 8:00, it’s not done!!! I had to wait another 25min to get the food. This place is too busy to care about the customers and I’m not the only person to be complaining on Unilocal!Over all very poor management!!!

When they charge for extra ranch and they chest you out on what you pay for! They filled a small container and put it in a bigger container to make it seam like its a lot of ranch

The service is probably the worst and the wings are sometimes hard or dry. That’s really the gist of it.

When wings are desired for, this place has the best flavors in different forms.
We come here to savor good wings and good beer. It’s simple.

This BWW ks ok. I honestly prefer the one in Burbank and Santa Clarita. I think the service here lags way too much. The hostess are usually cool but the waiters are so rude at times. They’re always in a pissy mood and idk about you but service like that needs to be addressed. Hate people who expect a yip even after they did a frappy job.

Strictly wings, 3 stars. Overall experience every time I’ve been here? 1.5−2 stars. The one thing I can always count on, is the poor service at Buffalo Wild Wings. If I didn’t like the wings so much, I wouldn’t come back. But oh well.
Last night, however, was the first time in the many times I’ve been here, where I actually had an attentive and friendly waitress. She actually looked at us when she was speaking and genuinely cared! She was very sweet and I can only hope that my future visits will include employees like her.
Anyway — my favorites are lemon pepper and mango habanero with a blue moon. Sometimes the dry rub sauces aren’t very meticulously done and you’ll get the occasional wing with … pretty much nothing on it.
Basically this place is a hit or miss in terms of wings. And most of the time a miss with service.

Had such a bad experience when I came in last night.
First off, they use the NoWait app for wait lists. Naturally, I check how long the wait would be and see how many parties were ahead of mine. The hostesses in the front desk told me that they were not allowed to give out a wait time so I waited patiently while there were ten parties ahead of me. Time passed and there were only two parties ahead of me. Mind you, there were still a lot of people rushing in. Then big parties came in. I checked again on the app and noticed that now it was saying that there were three parties ahead of me?! How did that two jump to a three? Either the hostesses were letting the bigger parties seat ahead of me, even though I have been waiting a long time already (nearly 45 minutes) to be sat, or there is something wrong with the app.
Secondly, once I was sat, Danielle introduced herself as our server and that she would be right with us. Fifteen minutes pass and she still did not check up on us. Then, finally, Allison comes up to our table and says that she will now be our server. She was fine. She took our orders and the food came out at a reasonable time. However, I noticed that there was a table that was sat after us, and they got tended to and served before us.
The food was good. Not good enough for me to come back though.

Straight to the point we asked for a table of 6 two more show up ask for 1 more chair denied a chair to sit tell waitress we need a chair again gets the manager
The Manager says its a fire hazard (table next to us is sitting the same way we want to) buddy compalins about being fair and its not right manager cuts him off and says «dont be rude» he clearly was not, we are all stunned and let it be that pony tale manager needs to manage his way to another job the reviews dont lie 1 star is to much already will not be returning here

Recently stopped in for dinner after not visiting a BWW in over a year. The service was good. Our waitress took her time to check in with us and refill our drinks. However, the quality of the chicken has deteriorated. In the past it seemed liked BWW used premium chicken party wings. However, after last nights visit it tasted like they downgraded to a cheaper brand of chicken pieces that is full of fat and gristle.
They changed the menu for chicken orders to a «small, medium, and large» scale vs understanding the amount of pieces you will be getting for family style dining.
After dinner my husband came home and had a very upset stomach after eating.
Needless to say we won’t be visiting BWW anytime soon.

I hear tons of complaints about this place. So far I haven’t had a bad experience here. At other places is another story. For sure I’m never going back to the Hollywood one. Overall nothing to complain about. There may be an update in the future if things change.
Just a note: some people need to calm down. I saw a family screaming at the workers. They have no control over the tables when games are on. They aren’t going to kick customers out just so they can seat you.

We got here and had to wait, which was fine it was a weekend day.
We didn’t see the text when they told us the table was ready because the phone was being used by our friend but when we got there although we should have waited again because we didn’t see the text they got us a host quick.
Which was awesome.
We where greeted by Daisy and she looked like she was forced to seat and had this angry look on her face. Not decent at all.
But we then had a Filipino waitress and she was good. Hope she gets recognized!

Check out my reviews, and you can definitely see I’m not one to be overly critical. Check out my actual resume, and you might be shocked to find out I also work in the service industry. So the fact I have to write this makes me ridiculously sad.
I honestly don’t know where to begin with this.
The wait on a Tuesday night was non-​existent. Walked in after a movie with my boyfriend and we were lead to a table. K cool. Touchdown. One star for that and for the hostess who told us to enjoy.
I’m sorry, nice hostess… but I did not enjoy anything after that.
We sat down at our table at 12:00. Not one damn server came over to greet the table. The minutes start slowly rolling by and finally, at 12:16, we get greeted by our server Carlos. Carlos, you are probably one of the most incompetent servers I’ve ever had the mispleasure of meeting. And trust me, I can definitely understand if you’re a server, you get sat on a busy night and overlook a table. So I was hoping that maybe, just perhaps, this was just a fluke incident and the rest would be fine.
Nope.
12:36. We FINALLY get our WATERS. No beer. No drinks. No food. We got two waters. How does two waters take 20 minutes, Carlos? How?
Then we order food.
I’m sorry, but 12 pieces of friend potatoes does not make a basket of fries.
And more importantly, a side of classic hot wing sauce doesn’t take 15 more minutes.
The food? Bland, dry. No paper plates or anything. Heaven forbid that Carlos actually do something other than talk to his friends at the table across from us.
At this point, I just want to leave. We ask for our check and lo’ and behold, Carlos just walks back over to the other table and continues the conversation I so rudely interrupted.
And there he stood, fellow Unilocalers. No care, no check. Nothing. For 20 more minutes. Then, when he saw my phone out and clearly taking a photo of him, I get the bill.
Worst. Service. Ever.

Good food, served hot, at a fair price.
This was my first visit and I can hardly wait to return.
The staff was very helpful, took the time to explain everything from how to order to the different sauces.
The beer was cold, service was great
I highly recommend this restaurant

Picked up take out last night. The celery and carrots were so old that the carrots were turning white and dry and the celery was slimy on the ends and brown. There is really no excuse for a manager or servers not to see this and know that these are not fresh.
What else is happening behind the scenes that customers are being served?
Despite sharing picture of the veggies on their IG and Twitter accounts, no response from the company.

If there’s anything that disappoints about this place, it wasn’t the servers…
Honestly, you have to know what you’re getting into when you come to BDubs… especially on Game Day. Remember, fans will stay the length of their game even when their food has all been consumed and this establishment is welcoming to the fan-​type clientele… unfortunately, what this means for you is that if you’re just here to have the wings on a Sunday at noon, you’d best look elsewhere unless you arrive early.
Then when you’re in… well, it’s loud, it’s crazy, people are screaming at screens, you may even here some colorful language (this is a definite if there are Raiders fans in the room — and trust me, they come in droves on game day :) You’ll need to compete with this pandemonium to track down a server or get what you need.
But this is why you come to BDubs. You’re a fan of the sport, you’re a fan of the energy, you want to hear the entire room explode when your team gets that first down, intercepts, or lands that touchdown… and you want a fair amount of smack talk. All the while eating basic bar food.
We came early to watch the Niners game and have some wings. Our server was very attentive despite the loudness and craziness (remember Raiders fans were in the room!) — she got us refills without us even asking.
Food here was just meh. We got the «Ultimate Nachos» — nothing ultimate about this. We didn’t have enough cheese on the nachos — the chips on the bottom were dry. You want ultimate nachos? Go next door to the yard house. Their wings were decent, I must say. Much less salty than Hooters’ or Wingstop’s wings so that’s a plus. I liked the heat of the Habanero Mango wings very much — but they were way too sweet.
This is definitely a great place for the energy and the fun. I would come back.

not sure why the low reviews, but i went on a Saturday morning so it wasn’t as packed.
The restaurant was very spacious and clean. looked a lot newer than the one in Burbank. As usual, they have plenty of tvs for all your sporting event viewings.
The waitress was very nice and attentive. She checked on us regularly to make sure everything was ok. Kept the refills coming and provided us with plenty of ranch and blue cheese.
My go to boneless mango habanero wings were sweet and a kick in your behind spicy just like i like them.
I tried the B-​Dubs Potato Stack which is a limited edition menu item. Its a pretty tasty appetizer with house made potato chips, nacho cheese, blue cheese crumbles, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, celery, and boneless wings on top. Tasted almost like a deconstructed taco bell taco. HA!

Our waitress came up to us immediately while we got seated. We knew what we wanted so we ordered right away. Beer came out fast and so did the food. I order a total of 4 Medium and 4 Honey BBQ. But instead I got 5 medium and 6 honey BBQ :’) I think they were trying to get on my good side.
The only downside to this experience is that the music was terrible. Like I’m talking almost ruined my meal bad.
