Just your local boba shop! CASHONLY. Their drinks are pretty good! It’s one of the better places in the valley to get your quick boba fix. I got the honey green tea, it’s good! It’s on the sweeter side, so if you aren’t a fan of sweet you probably won’t like this. I also got the original milk tea with pudding! Yes! Their original milk tea sort of tastes like they put some mocha and some chocolate syrup in it! It’s a pretty small spot, they have some food and a few tables you can eat or enjoy your drinks at. Their are no public restrooms !!

I’ve been coming here for 9 years! It’s the best boba tea place I have ever tried. I’ve been to other places but either the drink doesn’t taste good or the bobas aren’t fresh. This is a family owned establishment and they are very good at what they do. I have tried their food and it tastes home made. It’s just a great place to get fresh boba tea

This is my favorite boba spot and I’ve been all over the valley and Los Angeles. I’m always treated so well here. I usually go in for the squid balls and the jasmine boba milk tea. I always feel welcome and like I can relax here. They show the Food Network and play the radio, it’s very pleasant. It’s like being at home, but better. Lol. Whenever I’m in Northridge I go here. I crave it! Can’t wait to visit again next week. The parking lot is too small, but parking on the street isn’t a problem.

Best boba in the valley, everything is made from scratch and lactose free. The staff is friendly and the boba is delicious, they also have free wifi which is a plus!

Came across this cute little boba house. I was impressed with the customer service, cleanliness and what I ordered, overall. The only thing is the boba was still extremely hot in the large honeydew boba drink I ordered, which melted the ice in the drink really quickly and made it this warm drink instead child drink. I’d come back though for the ambiance and customer service.

This boba place is located in a tiny plaza. Parking is limited. It is right across from the VPAC at CSUN. I always get the watermelon smoothie. I don’t come here for their boba but their watermelon smoothie. It tastes very good.

I would say this place is the best boba place in the valley. It’s better than bounce, Bön Bön and boba my tea. They use really tea and not that pre-made powder thing. The boba at bounce is usually soggy and the milk tea doesn’t have any real tea taste. The ones at Bön Bön always varies. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s too sweet or not sweet enough even though my order is always the same(milk tea with boba, easy ice, half sugar) and the boba is also on the soggy side sometimes. Only had milk tea with boba at boba my tea once and would never go there again. It was like water down milk tea. I’ve been coming to this place for years and I would recommend this place to my friends instead of the other boba places in the valley. It’s the most authentic place(all the different types of teas they have) you can find in the valley. I would say this means a lot coming from someone who grew up in Taiwan and Taiwan is where boba is from.

The only place I know that has an XL option, which is huge and amazing for a true boba lover. The only downfall is its CASHONLY or else you pay some fee.

Fan-flippin-tastic! I’ve yet to find a better boba café, with Bounce a close second but still not as good. they actually mix milk with the teas instead of pre-made powders. I would say that they’re close to authentic or are authentic as you will find around the area. the food is pretty good, either, i love the spicy calamari balls! price is a little high in my opinion, but considering they’re bordering 2 other very popular boba places i can’t blame them. However, they’re cash only, mega downer being across from a college :(

I love this place! I always get their red bean boba slush and it’s the best I’ve had! They use real red bean, not some lame red bean powder like many other places I’ve been to. It’s a little bit more expensive than other boba places, in my opinion, but it’s worth the extra dollar. I’ve also had the calamari balls, and their curry dish, I can’t remember what it’s called, but they were both delicious! It’s a cash only place, so make sure you got some money, otherwise, you can use a generic ATM machine that they have in there. Parking can be a pain, but I don’t think CSUN is back in session yet, so go now!!!

Probably my new go-to spot for milk tea! Walked in to an empty shop around 2:30pm and was greeted by a middle aged man. At first I was a bit confused because the menu board behind the cashier only listed a couple food items and it was blank on the other half. but he pointed out the drink menu which was on the left wall. Weird placement if you ask me. they should consider moving the drink menu to the front instead. Anyways, I ordered a regular milk tea with no boba, and the crispy chicken snack. Milk tea was $ 2.50, and the crispy chicken was $ 3.75 I believe? Anyways the total came out to be $ 7.03. I was asked if I wanted my drink first or with the chicken and said first would be fine. The milk tea was very refreshing! I really liked how it was not too sweet and the tea flavor was not masked over with sugar. Thumbs up! The chicken took maybe 7 mins to come out. not tooo bad but I kinda expected it to be more crispier and a bigger amount for the time it took. Maybe I’m being too picky? Anyways you can choose your spice level – mild, medium or spicy. I asked for spicy and was given a side of sweet n sour sauce. MMMMMMM smelled soooo good but I waited until I got onto campus to eat. The chicken itself is not the popcorn chicken you get from other boba shops like Tapioca Express… so I was a BIT disappointed. The chicken was NOT very crispy at all, unlike it’s name. The chicken pieces were very different as well. I don’t know how to describe it but the pieces were alot bigger. Good that they were bigger but eh that they werent as crispy as they should’ve been. I would say their chicken is very americanized asian popcorn chicken. LOL. I’ll def be back for the drinks. as for the chicken… maybe I’ll try Bounce’s or stick with the boba shops in OC – they know how to make em real good!
