Always fast and always consistently tasty. Nacho burrito with carnitas is my favorite hands down. I really enjoy this location and the Baja Fresh email club sends great discounts!

I give Baja fresh 3 stars bc it’s good but they don’t give enough serving of meat I feel skimped out. Lol and the prices are not worth it if they don’t give enough meat. For example I got 3 shrimp tacos with only shrimp & Avocado & it was $ 12 and each taco had four small shrimps… with 2 big ass tortillas. I only go if I’m invited. Not impressed.

I go to Baja Fresh often. I love the simple ingredients and great customer service. It does take longer than Chipotle but being a vegetarian, Baja Fresh certainly has a lot more variety and you cannot go wrong with the salsa bar. I was there Saturday and customer service was great.

I eat here literally once a week and I love the place! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is so delicious and I love the little salsa bar that they have. If you’re a CSUN student, you get a free drink + free refills with your meal which is AMAZING!

Ok so it may not be as hip as some other Mexican restaurants but the food is still pretty tasty! I love coming here with the fam when we get their coupons in the mail. A night out to eat on the cheap where everyone leaves happy is a good night to me!

The food would be fine if there were better in the neighborhood.

Not the fasted Baja Fresh that I’ve been to. It took a long time to get our order. It’s nice that they give CSUN students free drinks with id though.

My new fave ! Fresh~delicious Service is great. The tostada salad is the best I ever had. I would pay twice as much for it in a fancy restaurant.

Simple ingredients and even better customer service. I am hooked on the Baja BBQ Chicken Salad and the Veggie tacos. Both are a smart choice. Always clean and never mess up the orders.

Great food, excellent service. I love their chicken tacos. The thing I like is that I can order over phone and pick up food on my way home.

Since Wendys sold Baja fresh, it seems like the Quality of their product has gone down. This location can really use some cleaning. On my visit their was a lot of little bugs flying around the coke machine and the salsa bar, I ordered the chicken burrito and the chicken was at room temperature, all I could taste was the salsa and it was cold. I didn’t enjoy my visit, turned off by the bugs flying around. As for the service same thing. Say hi, or how are you doing? smile. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I like this Baja Fresh. The service is friendly and the place is clean. The portions at Baja fresh are nice and big and they have a wide selection of sauces and such. Some are super spicy, which is great.

The grilled shrimp tasted frost bitten and undercooked. I found out this is a franchise of baja fresh and their menu is limited from the corporate owned so they have way less options. Also they always seem to not be busy when I go in but the floor is dirty or tables are dirty, not the good clean fresh baja feeel at al… meh.

Years ago this was the best Baja Fresh around. Now i would go to any other one even if I had to drive 20 minutes. The service is terrible. Lots of mistakes and they are rude. I have complained to corporate, but my words fell on deaf ears. GOTOANOTHERBAJA. save yourself the frustration. The problem is simple… poor management. Fire them, find someone good and you will have a boom again.

There’s so much good to be said about the establishment. To begin I will inform you that the food is healthy and leaves one feeling light, and it tastes better than it is healthy. Delicious meal. The soda machine works and the salsa bar is adequately stocked everytime I go. Every time I have eaten here, someone been cleaning the tables and making sure napkins and utensils are loaded. Something great about this place is that they give chips with your food, and you will get chips immediately after you pay, before your food arrives, so you have an appetizer. The salsas are all great. There is 5 I believe(I’ll get the number right next time) and they are all tasty and fresh. There is plenty of seating and a pleasant atmosphere. They offer a free soda if you have a csun ID and spend over $ 6 The well kept bathroom is in the back and the only downside to the entire experience is that the bathroom needs a key which is at the register. Thanks I’ll be back and enjoy myself here soon.

I love to go to Baja Fresh for lunch. I get their coupons via email. I always get their not on the menu item called DOSMANOS. You might be asking«what is that?». It is a HUGE burrito which is reasonably priced. For 2 people it would be plenty of food. If you are a CSUN student, your would get a free drink as well. I have been to this location couple of times. It looks outdated. The service was pretty good. WouldI be going to this location more often? No I don’t think.

Came here when passing through on the 118 from Burbank Airport and needed dinner. I’d been to this location before. This is a spacious location with a long dining area that’s primarily in front of the counter, which is distracting. The food is typical Baja Fresh fare. What’s good is Baja Fresh is always changing their menu and trying not to feel too much like fast food, more like a quick service restaurant. I grabbed a nutrition brochure at the register to read while I ate because nutrition fascinates me and noticed the employee took it away when I went to grab salsa. Odd. I also got a to-go menu and saw it was filled with local ads so the franchisee made their own menu and sold ads instead of using the BF one. My order was a skinny wahoo bowl and tortilla soup on sale. The wahoo bowl had delicious fish and other items, seemed really healthy and I only ate some of it. The tortilla soup was missing chicken mentioned on the menu. The other options in this center are Pick Up Stix, In-N-Out and some sit-down restaurants. Baja works if you’re craving Mexican food.

I haven’t seen my Godparents in awhile and they wanted to see the **NEW** Ryan. Of course, they wanted to take me out, but not to a usual restaurant. Something a bit healthier, so they decided to take me to Baja Fresh for a quick lunch. The location of this Baja Fresh is on the lot with the Vons and McDonald’s, NOT the Ross and Carl’s Jr. side, which I made a mistake. I don’t have the prices again for what I ordered. Sorry, Detailed Ryan hasn’t been writing too many incident reports lately. Baja Fresh had a special item they were promoting, Chicken, Shrimp, and Steak Bowl. I ordered the Chicken Bowl with just water. My godfather ordered the Steak and Shrimp bowl, but they ran out of shrimp? Must be the nuclear waste from Japan that is affecting or they just weren’t ready. They have a Salsa section towards the back of the restaurant next to the soda fountain machine. The crowd was quite light and they have a TV, but I guess nothing interesting was on. I got my Chicken bowl and the most noticeable part about the bowl was the cheese and black beans. It was a good portion too. It wasn’t too much and it was about 590 calories. I did get some regular salsa and lots of jalapeño to spice up my meal. Of course, I only got 1 small cup of water during the whole meal and I was sort of choking… lol. It was a good meal to satisfy the hunger, but more importantly, I got to see some family… ON A HOTDAY!!! I had a good meal, but I am still maintaining my 65lbs. I am still shooting for 240, but I still got the rest of the year to do that. 200lbs is out the question. I don’t imagine myself a skinny guy, just a bulky guy. The Unilocal Universe. Where are you traveling today?
