Customer services sucks!!! They do not know the store policy. Velet, the store manager, your night manager and employees need to go back to training. I found the shoes I want. I asked the girl to stretch them out. She said come back in 45 mins. She even took my number to call me if they are ready sooner. I returned back in 45 mins, the night manager tells me that the shoes weren’t stretched because the shoes need to be purchased first. I asked me and the girl why didn’t you guys call me or say anything before I left. Nothing but silence. I paid for them. The night manager said it will take 10 to 15 mins. to get then stretched out. I waited in the store. 30 mins later the night manager said we need another 10 mins. They never stretched the shoes out. Velvet, your night manager and employees need to know about customer services, how to deal with issues the right way, and store policies.

I ordered my shoes one Wednesday, April 15 and needed them by Thursday, April 23^rd! They did not have my size in the store and the cashier told me that I can order online and that without a doubt it would be there before then!!! Says it won’t arrive until the 24^th! I’m out of the state by then!!! You guys are liars! I ordered Wednesday! They weren’t shipped until saturday!!! What kind of unprofessional delay is that?!? I am furious!!! Don’t ever listen to those liars and don’t buy online!!! Don’t have it delivered! If they don’t have it, leave!!!

Extremely satisfied with the quality and style of men’s shoes offered here but dissatisfied with how they do business here. I was offered «free shoe cleaner» yet charged an extra 9.99 for a VIP membership after being told that there weren’t any catches to this free shoe cleaner. I ordered the shoes considering they did not have my size so I did not notice until I looked at the order summary and compared what I should have paid for the shoes to what I actually did. The sales reps name was Jose and I will be requesting a refund considering I was charged for something I was never informed about or asked for. Watch out for this stores sales tactics to attempt to get you to purchase things that you do not want!

I have a love and hate relationship with Aldo. I walk in looking for shoes but always leave with everything but shoes. Good service. Will order product if not in stock.

Love the shoes, hate the customer service. I’ve walked in on several occasions and the staff members are usually busy with others. I can wait my turn. All I ask for is to be acknowledged, let me know you see me and I see you. That’s obviously not the case here.

They have great looking shoes here. Speaking in terms of Men’s shoes.
No they are not sports shoes, you will have plenty of other choices of shoe stores for that. This is where you want to buy great looking casual shoes or dress shoes. They can be a little pricey but the designs are amazing. I stop in frequently for their accessories section. It is always rotating and its fairly cheap for some great looking watches and other accessories. I got a belt from here once that was half the price of Express.
Staff was pretty friendly enough. Last time I came during Labor day the place was packed but the folks kept walking around asking if I needed help.
