7 Eleven

The new owner is nice, but this very rude girl works here. Her name is Sammy; she is Very low class.
They should get rid of sammy. I’ve stopped shopping at this location.
I’ll take my money elsewhere.
I miss Sarbjit the old cashier.; he was nice and kind.

The worst 7 – 11. The last two times I have been here, every single coffee machine was EMPTY! Each and every single one of them! Really? I mean, this is what they are known for!!! A quick cup of coffee on the way to work! Ggggrrr… it really made me mad. The two girls that work there just sit around talking to each other like it’s social hour. It is very obvious that they do not care about this location that they work at.
On another note… they have so many creepy people loitering! I have felt so uncomfortable getting out of my car and getting a complete stare down from the creepers that stand around right in front of the doors and the phone booth. There is no way in the world that anyone could ever get me to step foot in there at night– I probably would not come out alive.
It’s just a creepy 7 – 11, in a creepy location with creepy people hanging around and two female workers that are lazy. Will NOT be back EVER.
The new location on Roscoe and White Oak is beautiful and that is my new spot! — Everything is stocked and the owner is the sweetest lady.

Pretty decent 7 – 11. I’ve been coming here for years. It was under pretty much the same management until recently; it’s now corporate owned.
Everyone that I have encountered that works here is nice so far.
Prices are 7 – 11 like, so cheap.
Lots of homeless and day workers gather here a lot. Like all 7−11s, you can find a lot of cracked out people.
The selection is great so I’m not sure what people are complaining about.

Not the best at customer service or at have a wide variety of product.

I feel bad for the cashier because he’s working really hard to get to the customers and the daughter of the owner (who was on the phone) yelled at him because he walked out for a second to get the manager (bec someone asked for the manager).
The cashier was really nice and attentive and patient. But the daughter of the owner who was on the phone didnt bother to help the cashier. She was talking so loud on the phone (probably making orders for their store) and her conversation can be overheard by many. She was even yelling at the other person she was talking to like the person on the other line was stupid because the reception was cutting off. She was moving around in the whole store talking on the phone with a very loud voice. Very unprofessional.
As for the cashier, I hope he is getting the proper treatment there. I really really feed bad for him due to what I witnessed. IT makes me wonder how he’s being treated without the customers around.

A solid 7 Eleven. Nice employees, and a good selection of unnecessary snacks and drinks. Big slurpee machine selection and easy to get to from Roscoe or Balboa.
