McDonald’s

I, like most people that live on earth, have frequented McDonalds since that time we were born. We choose the one that’s close to home or on our way to work. I have lived in several cities but this McDonalds hands down has the WORST customer service consistently. Seriously I have never had one even slightly good customer service experience. And if they were moving any slower they would be going backwards. It’s ridiculous. You can’t tell me because it’s a low paying job because the chick-​filet down the street has consistently superior customer service. I don’t need to go back here and I won’t.
Managers… If you read this DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. But you probably don’t or won’t because there are plenty of customers to go around. Oh well, my money will be spent at Chick-​filet where they are, believe it or not, nice to their customers.

I was on my way home during the holidays and happened to stop at this McD’s. I ordered a Big Breakfast Platter and was helped by a young lady named Natasha. She was really nice and was the epitome of customer service. They need more employees like her!

It’s mcdee’s what do you expect? I wanted a hot & spicy sandwich. Apparently, the DIRTY SOUTH knows nuthin’ bout it. The drive thru was backed up for 20 minutes. And the people that worked there need to speak up. I couldn’t understand them and they get all mad when you ask them to repeat themselves.
