Service is complete crap. I just spent 17 minutes in line, and waited 30 minutes for my order because the guy forgot to put my order in! Didn’t even get a discount. I wouldn’t complain if it was busy, but legit it was not busy and this guys took up so much time go get an order out. Not to mention, people that ordered after me got their orders before me. As for forgetting to put my ticket in, that’s just really incompetent.

Food taste like any other wing stop I go to, good wings and fries. At this location it just seems as if these workers hate their jobs. If u don’t like ur job quit. Customer service isn’t for everyone it’s understandable.

Order online get there on time for pick up wait 10 min. Even though it was paid for and was sitting on a cart cashier didn’t bother to look on the cart until everyone in line was taken care of even though was in the same line. Even ask if it was ready and cashier said no and because the cashier seemed to know the other people in line he took care of everyone checked the cart for their order piss poor service would rather drive to hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings than go back to this understaff and not treating all customers equally. Fries are good though!

I have been eating here for a long time but the attitude with staff on nights is really bad if Doug is not there the quality is poor, service is poor 1 time is excusable, twice is bad 3,4, and 5 times is a trend

$ 6.50 for FIVE wings??? They arent that good. The sauce in no way tasted fresh. It had a chemical flavor. $ 3? Yeah sure. But for $ 6.50 I can get a good hamburger at a restaurant… WITH fries! Unless these things give people orgasms its not worth it.

Went here for the first time. Don’t know if I got a bad batch but these wings suck. Tiny, very little meat and over cooked. I gave it 2 stars because the fries are good. And as the people have mentioned, the tall cashier was a jerk

First visit… not the last. I reserve 5 stars for only a select few places. These Louisiana flavored boneless wings are phenomenal. The fries are perfectly matched with a crisp outer layer and when put together provided me an out of this world experience.

WingStop is definitely one of my favorite places for wings. This place has delicious flavors and you certainly get your money’s worth in my opinion. They always give you more than you order which is undoubtedly generous. The blue cheese is amazing here. My preferences here include original hot, parmesan garlic, and barbecue. I’ve been going to this location for years now and the workers/manager/service have been nothing less than welcoming and friendly. However, after going today, I am a bit disappointed. There is one tall, Caucasian male worker who just looks absolutely miserable. The tone in his voice is unmannerly and he doesn’t look like he wants to take your order. I understand that it might not have been a good day for him or perhaps that’s just his normal demeanor, but I don’t think that attitude is suitable in this industry. The other workers in the back were also rude, ignored me, and gave me an indifferent look when I asked for anything. I would recommend ordering take out because it’s just too good to resist.

I really enjoy the food but the service is horrible I honestly only eat here when Buffalo Wild Wings is too far of a drive. There is this one tall guy at the register that never smiles or says thank you and always has a nasty face. Guy needs an attitude check. I wish they wore name tags so I can report him to the manager. Only order take out from here.

The Wing Stop is an absolute must visit for any wing lover! Everything about this place any self-righteous wing aficionado will totally love. The wings, they’re simply amazing. Order them boneless or regular and with whatever sauce you could want and you’ll fall in love. Extremely well cooked, crispy yet succulent which is so hard to get right for a lot of wing places. I also really like the fact you can watch them cook your order, none of that hiding the cooks thing. The fries, that’s really what will have me coming back. I have no idea how they did it, but the fries have an amazing flavor that’s tangy, salty, and sweet all wrapped together around a hand cut Idaho spud. The décor is extremely unique. It’s all 1940s WWII era aviation themed decoration everywhere. I’m not sure I really understand why, or what it has to do with anything… but it’s awesome! The tables, the walls, even the chairs all have this great cohesiveness that adds a cool vintage yet modern look to the place. –1STAR There are a few negatives though. It’s not exactly a restaurant, so you don’t have a server. It’s more of a fast food style place, yet the food isn’t that fast, and the food is a bit better than fast food. And since you don’t have a server you’d expect a trash can or some place to put the tray and plates of food once you’re done… Nope. There weren’t any. So we were thoroughly confused if we should leave the trays on the tables, but had no other choice but to do so. This is a new spot, so I understand they’re still working out the kinks. Bottom Line: You love wings? Go here

The wings are great, the prices are fair and the service is better than you can expect at a fast food place. I’m finding myself going here a lot and there has never been a problem with getting my order right. Not all Wing Stops are the same and don’t rule this one out because you had a bad experience else where.

I dabbled in Wing Stop when it became available to me, and I was addicted for a while. But I’m happy to say, I’m over this addiction. How, you ask? Well I had help. Rising prices, decreasing portions, and annoying teenagers who constantly raid this establishment are to thank. Sometimes I relapse on their fries though.

Awesome wings, cooked crisp, great flavor on the orginial hot sauce. Garlic Parm is good, alittle too much butter for my taste but still good. Great price for wings, great staff that works there.

So my little sister and her friends are part of the décor at the ever famous Northlake Wingstop. I very frankly did not understand why people can eat wings more than once a month. What I realized is that it’s not the wings they were there for… IT’S THEFRIES! WOW would be an understatement. The fries are like nothing I have ever tasted. They are actually sweet. The wings themselves are not bad, they are good old fashioned greasy little wings. I have tried the original and BBQ. I am very interested in trying the Hawaiian. If anyone has tried them… let me know! I thought the prices were very good. The family pack fed four adults and two kids while still having left overs.

I absolutely love chicken wings and Wing Stop delivers these with joyous abandon. As the name suggests, they do wings and wings almost exclusively. If you don’t care for wings, the try the chicken strips or another restaurant. :-) The wings are of good size and quality, both the boneless and traditional. The wings come with a side fries or a few other choices, but I always get the fries because they are phenomenal. I guess I should mention the portions as well. Portion are HUGE! You always seem to get a large mound of fries and a few extra wings. With consistent quality and tasty wing sauces, you can’t go wrong here. And, yes, they do have beer.

And God said: «Let there be good chicken wings!» I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters countless numbers of times(before ever discovering a Wing Stop) and thought I was having good chicken wings. Never again will I make that mistake. Sure BWW has 100TV’s and sure Hooters has, well, hooters, but their food is treacherous compared to Wing Stop. The wings are all made to order. There’s not an overwhelming amount of sauces(coughBWW!cough) but enough options to keep you satisfied: mild, original hot, atomic, lemon pepper, hawaiian, BBQ, garlic parmesan, and teriyaki. My personal favorites are BBQ and garlic parmesan. The BBQ is self-explantory, but the garlic parmesan is something I’ve never had elsewhere. It’s a light garlic batter topped with actual parmesan cheese sprinkles. You can mix and match the sauces, or get half-and-half of two flavors. The fries are great too. Made fresh, lightly seasoned. The blue cheese is good too. I’m not a big blue cheese fan to begin with, so the fact that I order blue cheese with my wings & fries everytime I come here is saying something. Prices are very fair, they have some really good combo deals. This location is also much larger than the Harlem location. Three large TV’s that are great for game days, plenty of tables. Friendly service(they always give me one or two more wings than I ordered, yessss!)

I’ve been hearing about this place for weeks now! My coworkers keep talking about it. I love wing and I love this stop. New business to the Northlake strip is alright with me! I had the hot wings and fries with cheese and boy am I in love. They offer huge quantities of fresh cut Idaho potatoes with some crack seasoning. Yummy! I think we’re going back tomorrow. FYI — Their Grand Opening is on May 7th with Miss Illinois visiting… the guys are excited and are probably going in for that. I just want some fries and wings baby.
