Lava-Matic Laundry

I have to say, I really enjoy doing my laundry here. I have had nothing but great experiences until I washed in the evening. The evening attendant can be very rude. She locked the second door, closest to the handicap spot where i parked. I heard the first shift lady tell a customer that that door cannot be locked because the owner does not want it locked. Well when the second shift lady walked in, she locked it and would not open it for me to exit to my vehicle in the handicap spot. It doesnt end there. The second shift lady also brings her whole family there to work with her. So as you are trying to do your laundry, you have to deal with these kids running around, cranking the volume up on the TV, changing the channel and not considering the paying guests in the shop. I would give this place five stars because it is clean, easy to use and etc but the second shift attendant makes me want to find another laundromat. Just an FYI…

NO FREE WIFI
There’s a wifi network, but no password info anywhere and no one on duty. I drove a little extra to get here specifically for the wifi. What a waste.
Awesome pizza place is right next door though…
Also annoying: they don’t use change. You pay for a rechargeable gift card thingy and use that to do your laundry. I needed 3 cents on my card in order to dry one more load and was forced to put a whole dollar on the card to do it. Now I have a card worth 75 cents that I will never use again. Worthless.
Not a lot of big machines either.
