He really likes the dentist and hygienist at New Day Dentistry and thinks they do great work. If the front desk staff care as much about pleasing the customer as they are this review, I would of removed it when the the issue was resolved. The insurance specialist knocked it in half for their error, which, is a step in the right direction. Still $ 239 of unexpected cost, but more reasonable. Also happy that the dentist seemed very concerned with his pain. They are fitting him in the next day.

It’s unfortunate that I was told the insurance company was called and I was told they approved to pay for some of the work and that I would pay the remaining amount and I end up paying double almost triple what I was told. If I knew it was going to be more I would have waited to come in when I could have afforded it. Even if the insurance wasn’t going to cover what I was told then that should be relayed to me the customer before hand.

The following day Dr. Suman called me herself to check on me and see how I was doing. She also said how much she enjoyed meeting me and hearing about my family. She asked if I could bring them in next time so she can meet them. I feel more like family with my dentist! That’s super cool! I’m sticking with New Day Dentistry for sure.

My whole family LOVES Dr. Suman. We have been seeing her for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is nice and the office is great– easy to find location.
