Ive been back three times, every time the staff help and explain how stuff works, I think their prices are competitive, plus I got a great discount on a ph meter that has helped my flowers be gorgeous!

I walked out of this store for the fourth and last time. Staff cannot be bothered. This place looks like a giant garage sale. Prices, like staff, are difficult to find. Selection is mediocre. The EDM/​rap music they play would make you believe you are in a trendy fashion store not a grower supply. What an awful retail experience.

Wow. is all I can say… Devon was horrible. I tried to buy a product I’ve used for years only to be told by Devon I didn’t know what I was doing… Lol Really??? So rude I think Allen the owner should take another look at his staff!!!

If I could give me stars I would! What a joke! I tried making a 500 $ plus order thru them online which did not work do to something about their cc systems being down which is completely understandable but then when I emailed them and called they kept saying to call back or the would call me back which never happened! I finally got an email saying I can help and to call when as soon as I could. I called 7 mind later and the person who sent them email decided to leave for immediately after telling me to call and they said she would be out for the next three days! I mean I guess they are doing so well that someone wanting to spend 500 $ is not worth their time! I wouldn’t give them a penny of my money after this experience, what piss poor customer service!

Always and I mean always out of co2. I was told it would be in «tomorrow» went back no co2. This has happend 4 times. Was going to buy some ocean forest to salvage the trip. Entire palet of dirt seemed ancient. All the bags were BONE dry. Don’t waste your time. Better prices and stock elsewhere
