Dr. Franzbrook was our doctor for about 8 years. Most of the time, he was great. My biggest problem, and why I left him, is that he doesn’t listen or seem to really care sometimes. My daughter was sick, running a fever, stuff, the works for almost 3 weeks. I kept bringing her in, but he would never give her anything to help. I finally brought her to a walk-​in clinic. She was given an antibiotic and within 2 days was feeling much better. That made me switch doctors for my children. For me, I had some tests done on stomach problems I was having. He never called with the results. I called several times, but he never called back. I finally had to go into the office and wait for almost an hour before being told that everything is fine, make an appointment if you still have problems. I went to another doctor and was asked what I was being prescribed for my low iron. I was never told that I had low iron at all. That was the final straw. My family now has a couple of very good doctors.
