Going to have to post 2 separate reviews. One for the weekday lunch crew and one for dinner because their lunch crew is a far cry better than the dinner crew! 7 people and a manager working and it’s slower than slow at 7pm on a Friday. Tells me this isn’t ordinary. The cook got mad at clearly someone who is fairly new because he didn’t press the plain button on the register for our hot dogs. At first I was irritated with the cashier for it but after hearing how he was talked to by his fellow associates in front of a customer I feel bad for the kid.

Shocked at the other reviews — I have had dozens of 4 – 5 star experiences at this location. The staff are almost always very friendly, if they make a mistake they make it right and are apologetic, my whoppers, fries, etc. always come out looking like the menu, etc. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is the high chairs are all broken, which has been brought to management several times when my family visits, ketchup pump is out too often and not refilled promptly, and the restaurant is not always as clean as it should be.

I’ll give it to them that it was a busy sat afternoon. However the orders were completely out of order, the management was rude! When a man who ordered three people behind me received his 6 pumpkin shakes and three bags of food before we got a kids meal and two combo meals, I asked the manager if our food was coming soon, I got snapped at! Then when the food did come she started calling out a #, then she started calling or the order. I let her know she never have me a receipt so I don’t know the#, but I think the food is ours, she snapped again! Rude, no professionalism, maybe if your going to work in customer service you should learn the definition first.

Worst fast food chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Thin, dry, downright nasty. Close to inedible. Got tomatoes even though I asked for none. Soggy lettuce. Nerve again.

Today I learned I can get a yummy apple, cranberry chicken wrap on a whole wheat tortilla at BK! But…it cost $ 4. And, it was tiny. And, I waited 10 minutes at the window for my food. Huh? Not worth it!

I won’t be going back to this location. Dirty, bad service, slow — this is only the beginning of the list. We went a few days ago, ordered Chef’s Choice burgers, waited 30 minutes to receive absolutely burned to a crisp meat(it cracked when you touched it!) and only half filled sides, and asked for our money back. There were 3 managers and 9 employees there at the time and none seemed to know what they were doing. The tables in the dining area were filthy, there was no ice in the soda machine, and the employees had visitors that were obnoxious and not easy to look at. I’ve written to BK corporate to complain about this location. Until they do a complete overhaul of it, we’ll drive the extra distance for a whopper.
