I got my sons tux for prom here. Paris was very helpful, super sweet. A couple of the items did not fit properly when we came in for final fitting and she made the adjustments on the spot. Only complaint is that they did not have enough staff considering it was three days before several local high schools prom weekend. The wait was pretty long. Otherwise, it was a good experience and my son looks amazing!

I went into here looking for tux for prom and Shannon was very helpful to me ! Got me all situated. Despite the reviews I found this place to provide excellent customer service!

My son’s prom is on April 18. Called to find out if ordering on Wednesday would be enough time to get it on time. Rep said, probably with «rush fee’s». I asked on average how much is a tux rental, rep said, $ 180. I asked how much the «rush fee’s» were, rep said $ 20. I said, this is prom, they’re aren’t getting married and it’s for one night. The rep said, well it’s technically 3 nights… Rep said we would pick it up on the Thursday before and return it on Sunday. I asked what if I picked it up on Saturday, she said it would cost the same. I asked if there were any coupons available, rep said only if I found them online or at the school. Rep was so incredibly helpful and kind I can’t believe that I won’t be going to this location for a tux rental. For crying out loud, it’s prom and it’s for ONE night… I didn’t spend that much on my wedding dress and I STILL have it 20 years later! JEEZ… Renting from another location! Customer Service goes a long way… but when I have to ask a gazillion questions to find out simple things, it’s clear this Al’s Formalwear doesn’t need my money.

One star is way too high to give this place! Worst place EVER! to rent a tuxedo for your wedding! Worst customer service ever. The manager, Shannon is very unprofessional. The first time we went there they give us a price of $ 110 per tux and when we went to paid they told us it was $ 180. We felt so bad for our 9 groomsmen that they had to pay soooo much. Please look around before you go to this place.

My fiancé and I went here to get the men’s ti cos for our wedding. I gave them a 3 because the prices they gave us were not accurate when we paid. When we were looking around, they told us that the tuxes would be $ 80 a person. They charged our Groomsmen $ 200 a person. I felt so bad that they had to pay so much. We ended up getting the ring bearer clothes D from somewhere else because they wanted $ 200 for a small 7-​yead old. The only good thing about the experience was that the tuxes looked AMAZING and the groom’s discount as great.
