RUN from this cleaners. They will cheat you and steal your clothes. My boyfriend went in and paid with cash then I went in and she told me we owed and I paid with my credit card. This happened numerous times, until my boyfriend and I realized what was happening! When confronted, Youngren became very defensive. She also «lost» 3 shirts and a very special jacket. I have no doubt she is wearing my jacket.
I’d rather just learn and move on but decided to post a review after hearing so many people say that they too have been cheated by Youngren. She does not mark the receipt with a price and criticizes customers when they ask the price. To one friend she replied, «no one in this town asks the price, you’re not from here». Terrible cleaners, RUN.

Youngren is a wonderful dry cleaning business on the North Shore. It’s a family run business, which means they care about every customer who walks through the door. The operation is large enough to offer quick turnaround and high quality as well as sophisticated additional services like leather and fur cleaning and storage. For dry cleaning your expensive designer clothes and wedding dress archiving — they can’t be beat. They do a fantastic job on my husband’s shirts. The real bonus is tailoring. This is the place to get your stylish new jeans shortened with the original hem. Try Youngren. You will not be disappointed!

Great cleaners and an excellent tailor! If you have a nice piece of clothing you need cleaned or tailored, I would highly recommend Youngren’s. The only reason for the 4 stars is that they are on the high end of the price scale for cleaners in the area.
However, if price is not a matter, take your clothes there and you will be satisfied with the outcome. I certainly was!

This is a wonderful, family owned dry cleaning service. Not only do they do a great job cleaning, they are personable and go above and beyond to help their customers. I have been getting my family’s clothes cleaned, altered and repaired here since 1987, when I moved to Northfield. Never in all these years have I ever had a problem. Thanks Youngren for all the years of great service. If you haven’t given them a try, stop by the next time you are in the area.

AVOID THIS CLEANERS!!! I was appalled today at how difficult and rude the people at this cleaners are. In a time when logistics in this particular area are very difficult with the construction, they have chosen to block off their drive so no through traffic can navigate their property. When my 8 year old daughter and I got stuck in their parking lot because we were blocked in and parked to run to Dunkin Donuts to pick up donuts for 2 different soccer teams, the woman working at the cleaners called the police on us. I would avoid this place. They aren’t acting like upstanding members of the community to try and make a difficult time easier.

Have been going here for 19 years because they do a fantastic job! Dry cleaning and shirt pressings are always done impeccably. Some may say that shirt price at $ 2.00 is on the higher side but someone will invariably ask you where you get it done because it looks so good. I’ve NEVER had to bring anything back asking them to re-​do it and they are always accommodating whenever I need something done in a short amount of time.
The unfortunate thing is that I live in the city and used to go to them because I worked in Northfield. Unfortunately I was laid off and now I feel lost without them.

These guys go above and beyond to help out anytime I need an alteration or just a shirt pressed. Super nice and family owned by local residents! Support you local commerce! Thanks Youngren, keep it up!
