Love this place; they’re always really helpful! The only one I ever thought needed better customer relations skills was the taller male manager gray facial hair! Sometimes he seems like he doesn’t want to be there!

NOT a place you want to go if you want any type of printing done whatsoever. Prices are good but they have some crazy ppa program all the files have to through to get printed and it ALWAYS messes up. Usually staff was nice and helped me get it right but some just don’t have patience and think the problems from the printing come from your own file rather than their end. As a designer of many logos and posters, I can assure you the errors were theirs. Try elsewhere. Shipping seems to work great, however.

Fed Ex is a glamorized copy shop with advanced shipping capabilities. They do not do traditional offset printing. All their printing is either color copies or is bought from another vendor and then resold. Their shipping is fantastic. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about shipping but not where you want to have something offset printed.
