My experience here has always been top notch. I love Susan she is the best at everything she does. I always get compliments on my nails and always try and send them Susan’s way Would recommend to anyone looking for top notch service!

Brenda is great! She does a wonderful job with acrylics. Very natural look. It is hard to get an appointment with her because of her busy schedule. She is worth finding time to see though. I haven’t found anyone other than her that does a great pedicure though. Very nice inside, lots of color choices. The owner is very welcoming and always makes sure to offer you a beverage. They have a great loyalty program where you get money off your bill after so many visits.

This nail salon is getting two stars for the décor. It is beautifully decorated and larger than it appears on the exterior. They have wonderful pedicure chairs that gave me an incredible massage during my visit. Other than that… the service was not what I expected.
Diva Nails is located in the Tilton Plaza right next to Island Gym and Fitness. I go to Island Gym and have seen many people in and out so I decided to finally give it a whirl with my sister.
We were first greeted by the oh-​so-​not-​so pleasant receptionist with her lack of facial expression and monotone voice with a combination of her attitude. We decided to get pedis ($ 25) and were directed to pick a color as per any salon and then one of the nail technicians guided us to our chairs immediately, no wait for a walk in at that time.
The two technicians quickly began what became our half assed pedicures. They mostly spoke and whispered amongst each other about food and didn’t ask us a single question. It wasn’t until they heard another, actually friendly, technician (Tracy) offer her customers refreshments that they then offered us a beverage… because well, at that point they had no choice but to offer.
My technician, whose name I do not know, did a lazy job with the cleaning of my toenails/​feet but I will say that she gave a mean foot and leg massage! It wasn’t until after she was done that I noticed she filed and clipped my left big toe nail to be rounded and my right big toe nail to be square rounded.
After my toes dried, I headed to the front desk where my «favorite» receptionist sat miserably and asked what I had done and who I had. I informed her that I did not know my technician’s name and that she had a black bow in her hair with a black shirt on. The receptionist decided to give me her lovely attitude and tell me that all of the technicians have bows on their heads when … they clearly didn’t. My technician was the only one. she then continued with her wonderful tone through the rest of the transaction. However, I didn’t take it personally because she was equally unpleasant to each and every customer I saw her interact with. This truly made my first and last impression of this place.
Sorry, but I’ll stick to the other salons in the area.

I’ve been to diva several times and I just wanted to write how wonderful the service was. Every time I walked in the door I was greeted. The service was nice the pedicure comes out beautiful as well as the gel polish I get. I’m very picky with my gel and they seem to get it right every time. It’s clean, everyone is friendly, and I come out feeling happy and relaxed

I came in Mother’s Day week, without an appointment, and yet got seated right after picking my nail color… it’s going to be a Peach Martini summer for my toes. I got a spa pedicure that included a long foot massage (which was really the only reason I was here). The hot towel wrap was a bonus (and did not burn my legs…) yes, I’ll be back!

Beautiful atmosphere and very clean. Walked in for a pedicure and they took me right away – no appointment is needed! They take their time and don’t rush you out the door. The place is absolutely beautiful and spacious, which is a rarity for nail salons in the area. Super friendly and do great work

The worst nail salon ever! Customer service was terrible, they treated me like I was no one yet I came in to get full service and spent money while I was there. Places like this need to realize they stay open because of us; CUSTOMERS! The only reason I gave them two stars was because the woman named Tracy who did my pedicure was the very kind and sweet unlike the rest. Def DO NOT recommend for anyone to go there.

Oh and my nail just chipped btw I had gel don’t go to this place it’s awful! And they are very mean

These women are INCREDIBLE! Just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. So thorough, so clean, soooo relaxing! I’ll definitely be returning again and again! The massage was out of this world!

Love this place! This is my regular nail place and I’ve never had an issue. Clean, fast, and I get exactly what I want ever time. Love!

I usually come here every other week. I never had a prior issues but today, my manicurist had such an attitude. She may be new. I’ve been coming here since they opened and never had issues. I’m quite disappointed.

I come here for pedicures and manicures. They’re fairly new but I absolutely love it there and they are so nice. The décor is like ceasers palace and there is no gross acetone smell. With pedicures they use the automatic callus remover which I love because it doesn’t tickle and leaves my feet smooth. I just got the candle spa pedicure and it was just lovely and relaxing. The candle isn’t wax but turns into like a lotion/​paraffin and I left feeling amazing and relaxed. I come here a lot and they always remember me. Got my nails done a week and a half ago and doesn’t even need a fill yet. I’m very impressed every time!

Very disappointing manicure. Had to tell manicurist four times to make sure all the previous red polish was off my nails and fingers. Came out with red fingers, cuticles nails and an attitude from the manicurist. Will never come back.

Beautiful & Clean. I go here for not only a beautifully done pedicure but also to relax. The music and massage chairs will have you in a stress-​free zone in no time. Staff is very friendly. My new go-​to spot amongst so many other places in the area. This one stands out.
