I called this company last weekend after my basement flooded due to the storm and they were at my home the day after! Quick service and very friendly customer service! Highly recommended!

Attempting to work with this place would inevitably lead one to the conclusion that God does not return phone calls. According to their website and their four basic tenets of business, number one is to «HONOR GOD IN ALL THAT WE DO.» Hmm…
My parent’s basement in suburban Chicago was flooded out and needed cleaning and restoration asap to prevent mold from spreading so i called these folks. I got the Servicemaster answering service who took down all my information and said that we needed to speak to a «technician.» She said one would call us back immediately. Never got that call, so I called THEM again and once more got the answering service. This time I was told for faster service I should send them an E mail. !!! I asked how that could be faster than a phone call and was told they check their e mail and respond via correspondence more than they will give you a call back. ??? I said I needed a response asap because I had to begin preparation to clean out the flooded basement. I was told they would respond that evening. So I filled out their online form and e mailed it.
It has now been five days and I have yet to receive any response at all from this company. Perhaps they are too busy honoring God in other ways than just doing what they are supposed to do, their job. Speaking of God, avoid this company like a plague of locusts.
I took my business to a flood cleaning and restoration specialist that returned my call five minutes after leaving them a message. And this was at 8:00 at night!
