Worst service branch I’ve ever experienced. Slow, lazy, don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to voice mails, and don’t do what they promise. This perspective is over several years as a «preferred customer», and over several different people in positions and authority. I didn’t even want to give one star.

This is the worst Fifth Third branch I have ever done business with! The tellers are slow and lazy. I waited for almost fifteen minutes to make a payment while three employees helped the same clueless woman in front of me. It takes three of you geniuses to help one customer while others wait? I’m not a fan of this bank anyway, but I’ll go to any other branch to avoid this den of mental defectives.
