Ferraro Small Engine Repair

I destroyed a belt on my snowblower mid-​winter. Despite what I’m sure is a busy time of year for Ferraro, the repairs were handled well from start to finish: a friendly voice on the phone to schedule pickup and delivery, the pickup was on time, the repairs were handled expeditiously, and the unit was delivered back at the day and time promised. All for reasonable price. The whole process could not have gone any more smoothly

Sorry not a good review. I brought my Torro snow blower in for repair because the electric starter would not work. The snow blower started with the pull starter and still cleared snow. After two weeks (no problem here as that was what they said it would be) they contacted me and told me that the quote would be in two parts because it was so high. Not make the store too long, I decided that it was not worth repairing and told them I would pick it up. I was told there would eb a $ 20 quote fee which I agreed was okay. When I returned a few weeks later to pick it up the snow blower was in pieces and they couldn’t find all the pieces. When I said I wanted to get it back together I was told taht they didn’t think I was picking it up. I said that I was and wanted my snow blower back. They started locatig the pieces and just gave them to me. I asked if they could be put back on and was told that this was a breakdown and assembly and an additional charge. Sorry guys but I agreed to pay the charge to get the quote and expected my snow blower back and together. They finally put it back together all the while the guy kept telling me what needed to be fixed. When I walked out I pulled the cord and it started. When I got home i cleared the snow. Okay no electric start but it still worked. After this experience I don’t think I would trust them to actually fis something. You would not know if they put all the parts back together.

We have an old Toro riding mower that would not start. Mike did a great job fixing it, using whatever means he could to keep the price reasonable. We would highly recommend this company.
