We opted to check out their brief 4-​week golf lessons for kids. Parking is easy and free as you just pull up to the round about area on the lefthand side. My 5 year old really enjoyed the intro to golf with the various clubs and swings. The prices were probably the cheapest around the North Shore area but definitely quality instruction.
By the clubhouse, there are vending machines where you can purchase drinks or we’ve just taken to bringing out own water bottle. My younger child enjoys the fact that there is the playground right there that she could play on while her big brother is taking his golf lessons.

This is a short par 3 course in Northbrook. it is great for teaching new golfers the game. There is plenty of parking close to the starting hole and the practice area (free of charge) is really good with lots of chipping space, bunkers and putting greens. The fees are very reasonable and the course is in quite good shape considering it is a duffers spot!
The only reason I cannot give it a 5 star rating is the lack of drinking water on the course. We’ve complained before and they still haven’t added any. Can’t explain that — poor judgement!
