I had some friends over this past weekend and my best friend brought a cake from The Cake Gallery, no wonder she is my best friend. The one advantage of living out west is that she is close by to the best cakes in Mass. The don’t have a store front yet but you can reach them through the website.
All cakes are custom made to your wishes with some awesome flavors. The bottom layer was yellow cake with a Kahlua cream and the top was chocolate. It was so beautiful. My family (bakers themselves) would have approved. I just hope my friend remembers my birthday.
