When the owner first gave me a quote for a new wheel bearing it was the best price I could find, so I decided to go with j and s. however, when Doing this job, their mechanic broke my roter (which was very old). He wanted to replace both front roters, but due to my financial situation and the fact that I suspected he was trying to upsell me, I told him to only touch the one. He was very friendly when I picked up the car, and wanted to make sure I didn’t feel taken advantage of, so he charged me slightly less than the price we discussed for the one roter. Then when I got home, I saw that he had replaced both roters, without telling me, and without charging me! Felt a little bad for being suspiscious needless to say, and my car is running great. This is clearly a man who cares about his customers’ needs and wants to please them.
