I left Verizon several years ago because I was so dissatisfied with everything that had to do with their customer service, it sucks! At 930 this morning I came to the store to pay a bill for my daughter. The store opens at 9 o’clock, there was no one there at 930, I figured it was a little early to have to take a bathroom break. After waiting around for 7 or 8 minutes the sales person showed up, I asked if I could pay a bill, she said yes but not till 1130 because she did not have a key or something to that effect. No big surprise, Verizon sucks!!!
