Clean, well kept busses, the driver was friendly and helpful, as was the office staff during booking. They were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely definitely use them again.

In searching for a guest shuttle for a wedding, another transportation vendor referred me to Ritchie Bus because of their affordable prices. And affordable, they are!
The reason for my two star rating is not because I had a bad experience with their bus or drivers. It’s because the sales service was lacking. Their website shows a blank page when you click the link to view their fleet, so I contacted them to try to arrange a visit to see what they have. They’re not open on the weekends, which makes it very difficult to visit. When I suggested a weekday that I was available, I was told they were pretty much sold out and there wouldn’t really be anything in the yard to see. Ok, fine. I understand that. I was given no other suggestions, so I gave up on trying to see the fleet.
However, the quote they had given me was so reasonable that I was still interested. I realized I had initially given the wrong pick up and drop off times and emailed again, giving the correct information and asked how the price would be affected by the changes. I never heard back.
