Always find something cute and stylish here. Prices are reasonable, though quality isn’t top notch so keep that in mind. Staff is upbeat and helpful. Great to find a particular accessory in a certain color, and frequently has sales.

Such an interesting concept. Think Claire’s for adults. Cheap prices, organized by colors, and fun stuff. Really not much to say besides that this is fast fashion like jewlerly, so if you’re looking for a statement piece for a wedding or date night, check this place out, but it won’t be of the best quality ever. Parking SUCKS. Awfulllllll. Expect on a weekend to drive around looking for spots

I LOVE this place. I like that they allow someone to return merchandise esp bc I’m an impulse buyer! The only thing I’d warn against is the phone cases. Very cute but cheap — waste of money

Love this store! Service is always great and I cannot tell you how many pieces of jewelry I’ve gotten here that I’ve worn to weddings, dances, and fancy events, along with just plain daily activities. The selection to choose from is vast, not to mention they have all the necklace styles in every color, so if you fall in love with a necklace that won’t match something you have, just stroll on over to another color coordinated display and find yourself the same piece in the color you’re looking for. Such a convenient store. Wish there was one closer to Blackstone Valley.

I’m a big browser before spending. I walked through the entire store looking at all the faux bling. Thought I might pick some things up for my young teen. The store was set up largely by color and there was room to move around, but nothing really caught my eye. What I did notice was the utter lack of or what seemed like«selective» service by the sales staff, and there were quite a few of them on the floor. I didn’t get so much as a «hello» from any of them even as they stood next to me several times over. Could I have made an unfavorable impression in my jeans and wind blown hair? – it was a pretty windy day. Or, perhaps the staff were just all having a bad day. But then, whose job is it to make customers feel welcome? It was a strange and rather uncomfortable shopping experience. Based on this first impression, I can’t say I will be doing any browsing/shopping here again, especially when there are so many other stores just footsteps away where staff actually show a regard for customers.

I like that things are sorted by color. Typically when I look for an accessory of this type it’s to go with a particular outfit/dress. It’s trendy and really the kind of stuff you won’t likely still wear a year from now. I’ve picked up some really fun purses, wristlets, and wallets that have withstood the several seasons/trends test though. As for the jewelry, it looks cheap but what do you expect from the adult version of Claire’s? There are some really neat things here if you’re into trendy stuff or just looking for something fun. Worth a seasonal visit to see what’s new.

Interesting place. Lots to look at. Playful. Not sure how well a place like this will do, considering TJ Maxx, The Paper Store and Khols are in the same plaza. I didnt buy anything, nothing really stood out at me, but I enjoyed the browse!

Ok let’s start this by saying that if Francesca’s and H&M had a baby, it would be a bouncing bundle of Charming Charlies. Grab a girlfriend and go. And stay for hours. It’s a costume jewelry, bags, clothing, clothes, hats, and whatever else a feminine heart could desire… arranged by color. HOLL-ER. Great customer service. If you need a fix of cheaply priced fun ADORABLENESS, haul out to Northborough and rock out. And then get lunch at Wegmans. Warning – this stuff is cheap. It won’t last forever. It’s beer taste on a beer budget.

This place is fantastic for getting the much needed sparkly accessory for your tween, so, if that’s why you’re here — five stars. Maybe. Okay three. I went here with a coworker who was shopping at the request of her mother so while she took forever to search the store for the thing her mother wanted, I wandered and really took it in. The place is really clean and sorted by color, this would be helpful if you were picking out an entire set of matching accessories or if you knew exactly what color thing you need but if you want just, say, a necklace, well now you’ve been screwed by a little marketing layout genius. You have to walk around the whole store to see all the necklaces. It would be better if it were sorted by color and item type. The only other place I’ve ever been that sorted stuff by color is the Goodwill in Worcester and… yeah. The stuff here is really cheap. I don’t mean inexpensive. I mean cheap. It’s 90% plastic and on most of the beaded things you can see the molding seams in the beads. And while $ 10 or $ 15 might be a nice price for a necklace, it’s way too much for a necklace made out of plastic or string or aluminum. You could go over to the jewelry counter at TJ Maxx and get real precious metal and even real gemstones for much better value. And the staff. They are friendly. SOOOOOO friendly. I like friendly. These woman are Disney-on-Crack friendly. I’m not taking away or adding points for this, I’m just noting it because it’s worth noting. Now, in the back of the store they have a $ 5 section. THIS is where you want to take your tween. It’s got this misleading 5 for $ 5 sign which makes you think everything’s a dollar, but, no, prices as marked. The thing is, since prices are as marked, you don’t need to buy 5 things to get them for $ 5 each. You can buy one. Or six. Still, five dollars for a piece of cheap perhaps even tacky jewelry for your tween(or great great great grandmother) might be worth it.

So Charming Charlie is a chain that comes to us from Houston, Texas. Charlie is charming because his OCD is grouping all accessories, clothing, shoes, purses & hats by color. I love that! The store is pristine(it’s brand spankin’ new), well stocked & the staff is friendly. I love the concept of getting accessories that are in fashion now for cheap b/c they may not be in style next month. I’m a fan!
