Shear Xtreme Salon

My initial cut at this place was good… but my second time, I was shaved almost bald! It was one of the worst cuts I ever had. I don’t know if it was just an off day or what, but I won’t be going back again.

I have had nothing but great fun and great results every time I go to Shear Xtreme! My stylist, Barbara, is always so helpful when it comes to deciding on color, conditioning treatments and cut! I recently had a Global Keratin Treatment done, which was a very lengthy process, but I’m so glad I did! My hair is coarse, curly and sometimes frizzy! (Think wool!) The keratin treatment made my hair soft and silky, relaxing the curl and taking away the frizzies! Barbara always does such a great job and loves to express her creativity by adding highlights in just the right places and mixing fantastic color! I always get compliments on the color of my hair! The salon provides a nice relaxing atmosphere. Parking is never a problem, since the salon is close to a parking garage. Barbara & Shear Extreme were a great find and well worth the drive from Chicopee to Northampton!
