Northern Valley Primary Care & Walk-In Center

This was my regular doctor group for 4 years until an issue over a stress test for my heart, their neglect to inform me of the results in a timely manner, i never received a call from the doctor so I called them. And was told the results were sitting on the doctor’s desk and she would call tomorrow, she did not, I called a second time and was told staff would remind her. I was very concerned about results since I still had upsetting symptoms, told she would be sure to call next day, she did not, from Monday to Friday I waited, finally went to office and sat there, refusing to leave until someone told me my results, made to wait an hour to have a PA explain that my test results showed irregularities and I would need a cardiologist, I have since followed through with a cardiologist and have certainly found a new competent doctor in Laurys Station, where the doctor and staff are more caring and competent!!! Northern Valley has inexcusable issues!

I was just turned away… I did not have an appt. walk– in center? I think not. The receptionist decided my reason for being there was not walk-​in worthy? I have gone to this place for over 15 years… never once had this happen to me… worst part is… the receptionist cut me off as I was trying to explain my reason for needing an appt. all he heard was refill… then began spouting off about how that is not what a walkin appt was for. The other reason is quite personal and I will not say what it was, but I can assure you if he had given me the opportunity to finish my sentence he would not have denied me that chance to see the doctor.
I understand that they were busy, booked with apps and lots of flu victims in the waiting room… if that is the case… why advertise being a walkin/​urgent care center? I needed help and was turned away.
I will never EVER recommend this facility again and will be looking for a new primary care physician TODAY.
