What a fantastic place! Off the beaten path or on the beaten path, the Northampton dog park is the perfect place for dogs and owners to socialize. It offers many acres of woods, farm land, and water for your dog to explore off leash, including a gorgeous river for swimming. If you are canine free, the trails are also good for running (5ks are frequently hosted here), walking or biking. I came here for a stroll with a pooch on a crisp fall morning and all humans seemed friendly, committed to bagging poop, and complimentary of our furry friend. All dogs were dogs, and that is pretty great. Four paws up.
