A solid 4-star establishment, which was surprising to me after reading the other reviews. My orders have always been made correctly, and the employees are pleasant and enthusiastic. As with any drive-thru, just speak slowly and clearly when you order: state the size, drink, and then any preferences. I’ve found that saying«large, iced coffee, cream only — no sugar, half ice» is most intelligible. While it’s true that orders placed at Dunkin’ Donuts’ drive-thrus are occasionally made incorrectly, this is true of any company in the food business because people are human. My general experience with Dunkin’ Donuts is that they will always correct an order if you ask — just be respectful and polite. Yes, the drive-thru is on an incline and has a 90-degree left turn between the booth and the window. My sedan had no trouble getting through. Anything larger than that, and you’ll either need to swing wide, or just park and walk in.

They mess up the order constantly, HOWEVER, our place got broken into and they helped with giving us security footage. It didnt catch the guy, but it was nice that they helped us. They do get orders wrong all the time, but their ability to solve crimes is top notch!

Only have been to the drive-thru at this location. Getting in to the drive-thru is awful, it is on a hill! Also, the employees aren’t friendly at all and there’s always something wrong with the order.

My summer job found me crossing the Fore RIver Bridge three times a week, and I each time I’d pass this Dunkin Donuts. I’ve gotten coffee here exactly 6 times. 3 of those 6 times, they messed up my order. Thats 50% of the time. Boo. + 1 star for the people being nice– but ‘d rather have rude people and coffee w/o 6 sweet and lows in it.
