I bought a Samsung 8000 Series 4K TV in October 2015, never that happy with the TV. I called several Home theater companies to come out make the necessary adjustments, but no one ever returned any of my calls.
After speaking with several friends I discovered DVI. Todd came to my house, spent a few hours with me going over my universal remote needs and my present Denon receiver. After I decided to upgrade to a new Pioneer Elite 4K receiver Todd came back to my house for the installation.
Todd was on-​time, professional and gave me a great deal. I’m so happy with my new system, what a great experience! Todd completely re-​cabled my system, dialed in my TV and Receiver. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! 4K is awesome and so is my surround sound.

I’ve had the pleasures of working with Todd and he really knows his stuff. He’ll go above and beyond what most installers will do for you. Sure you could go to your local Best Buy or Fry’s, but for me I prefer someone who pays attention to my needs, answers my questions properly, and does the job right. More importantly, if something goes wrong, he does his best to right the wrong to ensure you’re excited about the purchase and/​or install.
Now, I have a home theater set-​up that all my neighbors drool over. I’ll be recommending him to all my friends and neighbors and I will hit him up for my next home’s project.

We just moved to a new home a week ago. After experiencing bad customer service with the setup of different things, from the Internet to the washer & dryer, Todd & DVI Home Theater came as a breath of fresh air. Todd was extremely helpful and friendly during his consultation with me over the phone for the mounting of our TV’s.
I found them on Unilocal here based on the other reviews here. The Unilocal reviews have always helped me locate good businesses and stay away from bad ones. I was right this time. Todd and Sam showed up this evening and just like what others said, they wore booties right at the door. They were courteous, friendly, did a great job, and went above and beyond to connect the devices and clean up for us in our living room at the end. We only got to mount the TV in the living room and it took 3+ hours. We couldn’t mount the 2^nd TV because the wall mount I bought wouldn’t fit the back of the TV. Todd took the time to explain all that patiently to me.
I would definitely recommend Todd and his crew to anyone who has needs for home theater or entertainment center. Thank you, Todd & Sam, for the hard work you put in this evening!

Todd was extremely friendly and professional during our consultation and installation. I’ve gotta say, I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Todd (Owner) from the very first day he came to my home to assess my sound system needs. He really took his time to understand my needs and didn’t hesitate to work with me on researching the best upgrade within my budget.
When he and is crew came to do the work, they were conscious of our wood floors and didn’t hesitate to wear booties to protect the floors. They were very clean, polite and courteous as well.
Todd really knows his stuff.
Customer service still exists in this country, and Todd is living proof.
