I contacted Twin City Glass in early spring to fix a broken bay window that had white grids in between the glass. The window was replaced but the grids were not measured correctly and did not line up with the other windows. The man that insulated the new window apologized and remeasured the grids. A few weeks later they came back out to install the new window again. The grids again were off. Once again a different man measured the grids for the window and they ordered a new window. A couple of weeks ago they came back with the third window replacement(on a Saturday). This was still wrong. Three different men have measured this window. The measurements were all off. The man that came apologized and called into the office. I spoke to a women and she apologized and told me that Twin City Glass would do something for me for all the inconveniences this has caused me. I was told someone would come out and measured the window and grids and the owner would call me on Monday. I received no call on Monday or Tuesday. I called late Tuesday and spoke to the receptionist and told her my issues. She said she would give the message to the owner. The owner called me on Wednesday and told me he would refund me my money. I said aren’t you going to fix the window. He told me no and that he doesn’t like to be told that he has to accommodate a customer for this issue. First off, I was told by a couple of his employees that I would be accommodated for all three windows being wrong. Unfortunately he didn’t want to hear that and wouldn’t let me speak. He told me, he thought about this twice and doesn’t want to help me and would refund the money. I never received an apology for my inconvenience or anything. That is not the way you do business and I am spreading the word about this experience. Needless to say I found another company that could help me and they got the window fixed the first time around and they were cheaper.
