I have had great care and service here. I can get in quickly for an appointment and even had the doctor call me back on a Sunday with test results!

Seek alternative medical treatment. We had to walk out– inside is very dirty, desk staff unfriendly and the smell inside made me sick! I hope the health department inspects this place soon!

— Bad Front office, Terrible Quality of Care —
Came in here for a suspected insect bite infection.
The front office argued for 30 minutes about my blue cross insurance from MA. I called te insurance and it was accepted but the receptionist insisted on a fax from the insurance company (which they don’t do) and then threatened me with a personal bill if my insurance does not pay (illegal).
Next came the doctor, which was a nurse practitioner, no big deal right?
This gentleman walks in asks to see it, keeps 4 – 5 feet away from me and without touching it claims it is a tick bite and must be treated as such.
The treatment was amoxicillin (wrong)
which I was later informed was:
1.) not strong enough to cure the infection
2.) not even used to cure spider or tick bites
Follow up instructions?
There weren’t any.
Someone please shut this clinic down before a patient is seriously injured as a result of malpractice.

Not a fun place.
I had to come here twice for a work related issue. They didn’t fill out the paperwork properly so I had to make a 2nd trip.
The receptionist slammed the window almost taking off my hand when I handed her my paperwork. Then I had to wait.
There was no communication on her part but I had to do the testing again when they could’ve just fixed the paperwork.
I did finally get to see the doctor & he helped me correct the issue. He was sympathetic to the nonsense I had to deal with & got me out of there quickly after resolving the issue.
